All dat the that our stay was amazing.. in the breakfast restaurant staff is all attentive.. the security staff are great and best... very helpfu friendly and also you will feel that your on your home due to the safety feeling that they give with us.....

Highly recommend this hotel we stayed from the 18th to the 26th of February to celebrate my daughters birthday the staff are brilliant very friendly and helpful a special thanks to Vilma she is absolutely amazing a true asset to the hotel she went above & beyond even sent a birthday cake to the room for my daughter qoth a message and is super friendly. Good choice of breakfast catering for everyone's needs. Great location closeby to public transport links emirates mall, insurance market and there is a bus stop opposite the hotel. Plenty of food choices nearby walking distance and supermarkets. A short taxi ride to the airport roughly 20/25mins, pool is good and also have a sauna and steam room terrace area/bar is really nice. Would definetly stay here again we had a very pleasant stay and a great time.

We had booked for three adults but had to remind almost everyday for the equipping the room (for towels, water bottles, etc.) for three persons. Wait of nearly five minutes for hot water to start flowing in bathroom. No cricket channel on TV.

I always choose this hotel due to their excellent service and fabulous staff, special thanks to the duty managers elvin and khalid who are always there to assist. They are always great, and paying attention to details especially the guest special requests and preferences. Thank you for the whole front desk staff which are always having a smiley face and courteous.
We spent a week in this hotel during the New Year holidays of 2024, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the hospitality this hotel has showed to us as their guests. The hotel’s location was great too! It’s very near the Mall of Emirates, the Metro and other business shops. Our room was cleaned everyday even if we don’t request for it, which is really nice! Breakfast was also good, a combination of ABF and Indian food (I guess). Special mention to one of their hotel front desk (Alberto), Miriam from the dining and their housekeeping for being so kind, helpful and maintaining their professionalism at all times..lovely people indeed! Overall, we have enjoyed Dubai and would definitely come back for another vacation! Thanks so much Holiday Inn Al Barsha, u made our stay extra memorable!

Super cool and quiet.clean and good place
This is the first time I stayed in Holiday Inn although I have stayed in the area before in other hotels. The overall ambience of the property, facilities, convenient location and access to metro stations makes it highly desirable. I would like to call out Mr. Khurram from the reception and check-in area. He was very professional in making sure my check-in was smooth and I observed him interacting with other patrons as well. I hope to stay here again with my family in the future

I am staying in room 311 and i had a good experience. Staffs are very kind. Special thanks Staff Afzaal Hk i apprised, he helped a lot and he is very kind. I will certainly choose to stay here again if I ever coming back to Dubai. It's a nice place to stay and close to the mall of Emirates. Thanks
An excellent option, close to the Metro station and Dubai Mall. I recommend it 100 percent
A huge hotel but manages to create some nice personal touches. The staff are lovely, with special mention to Lin and all of the housekeeping staff who keep the rooms and common areas very clean and tidy. The hotel is a little dated but the value is superb, the rooms are a generous size (I got an upgrade thanks to IHG loyalty). The location is great, very close to a metro and to the Mall. The pool area was great, mostly empty most of the time but like others have said could do with some some shaded areas to manage the bright bright sun!! ☀️ all in all I had a lovely stay and would stay again.
Our nice little holiday took an abrupt downward turn on our third day when I decided to spend the whole day at the hotel.
At 12:00 noon, I decided to bide my time at the pool and by 1400H I went back to the room to have lunch, decompress and returned one (1) towel that was obviously soaked during the time I spent there.
At around 1600H, I decided I wanted to swim some more and enjoy the sauna. My first towel on my second time around the pool has been used and soaked. Naturally, I decided to get another towel for my time at the sauna.
Before I could reach the sauna, I encountered a pool receptionist named Amin who held me on my way to the sauna and gave me a 10-minute lecture on how a guest is only entitled to one (1) towel per use–per day in their recreational facilities such as the pool, sauna and steam. He insisted that I only use one towel as I have and I quote, "been to the pool three times and used more than one towel."
To set the record straight, I used a total of three (3) towels the whole day.
He added that if I wanted to use the facilites some more that I should, "Hang the towel on the pool bed and let it dry and use it again." He was confident and stern that this was the hotel's policy. He said that any and all hotels that I go to have the same policy. My husband and I have stayed in countless IHG properties and have never heard of this policy much less saw it implemented.
According to him, my "excessive use" of towels led to other guests complaining that there were no towels left. Which by the way, the shelves on his counter were full of fresh towels as we were speaking.
I asked him if he informed this to all the guests that uses the facilites and he said yes. However, there were 2 sets of families that came after me and did not get the same treatment as I did.
He successfully racially profiled, offended and belittled me on what should have been the happiest time of the year.
The cherry on top was the woman whom I handed my key card at reception for check out stated, "You should give us a good feedback huh." without asking first how my stay was or offering pleasantries for that matter.

As if we are not loyal members of IHG.
As if we didn't spend a significant amount of money to spend our holiday at Holiday Inn.
Please, for the sake of others: Do Better.
Mostly everything was great besides one huge problem I had. I normally don’t allow my room to be cleaned unless I am inside for this very reason. The cleaner threw away my brand new clothing, jewelry and other accessories I purchased because he classified it as trash. It was in shopping bags. The cleaner denied it at first but I pressed on. They then went through the trash and got my brand new items out and brought them to me. However he had no business going through my stuff. If it was in a bag he should’ve cleaned around the bag. They forced me to allow them to clean and that was the result. I am still highly upset about this. When you clean you are not supposed to touch personal items no matter what. If it’s not in the trash don’t you just classify it as trash. Other than that the entire stay was great.
On arrival at hotel we were greeted by Vilma on reception who remembered us and looked after us straight away with perfect room which always makes your stay good from the start .we just want to wish all the staff at hotel a very merry Christmas and a happy and healthy new year and thank you all for looking after us on our trips to your hotel and good luck to all staff with what ever you do in the future, thanks for the memories Julie + Mike.
