Breakfast exceptional.
Towels in the pool area and the shower curtain smells of mildew
Location was great for us. We were evacuated from our home due to wildfires and it was close to my daughter's work, stores, and restaurants.
Staff was not helpful. The pools were broken.

The server in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. I appreciate her taking the time to make sure there was plenty of food and that it was hot. My grandson really enjoyed the cheese omelets.
I didn't like having dogs in the hotels. The 2nd floor smelled like dogs.
I love the pool and hot tub. I've stayed here numerous times and access to the interstate.
I had fecal matter in the toilet. Someone tampered with my bike rack (I get it its my job to secure my belongings which I still have for the fact) Lastly worth mentioning was a dead animal on the back porch near the rear entrance closest to Walmart. The rate was higher than expected but nonetheless I had considered re-enrolling into IHG rewards after a mistake I made in regards to the rewards points earned. Now I understand it just not like it use to be and its unfortunate 😕 😔 😞.

No toilet paper in room, no facial tissue and towels warn/frayed.
The room was clean and spacious with plenty of lighting. The bed was comfortable. We were able to change our devices overnight. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Helen is so friendly. She is such a ray of sunshine. The front desk staff is also friendly and very professional.

Room had a plastic bag over smoke detector and the bathroom door required lifting to close and did not lock. Unsatisfactory when spending over $200 for a room.

Still havent gotten 60$ hold on my card back, when called location they said they sent it but cant do anything else
I paid for a different night then what it booked, I did not stay this not or ever at this property. I paid for a night and couldn't get the reservation moved, refunded and no one could do anything to help. I'm a rewards member and stay at the one in canon city almost every weekend and they still wouldn't help with the situation.
For some to care, to be able to help or give some kind of answers.
