Still havent gotten 60$ hold on my card back, when called location they said they sent it but cant do anything else

I didn't stay, paid for nothing. Don't ever book through here
Pros:

I paid for a different night then what it booked, I did not stay this not or ever at this property. I paid for a night and couldn't get the reservation moved, refunded and no one could do anything to help. I'm a rewards member and stay at the one in canon city almost every weekend and they still wouldn't help with the situation.

For some to care, to be able to help or give some kind of answers.

Pros:

Staff was great went beyond to help resolve my concern

Cons:

Booked a room with two queen beds when we got to motel find out they have been booked out for weeks we ended up with a king size bed which wouldn't work for me and granddaughters. Staff were able to bring a rollaway .

Pros:

My wife and I stay at this location often. We stay here because of the friendly staff and clean rooms. Sometimes you get loud people , but that's anywhere.

Cons:

Dsappointed the jacuzzi was closed for repairs. Understandable

Won’t ever stay again it was dirty stains everywhere and seemed like bedding wasn’t washed loose hairs in the bed yuck

Cons:

It was dirty it smelled and a lot of weirdos hanging around and staying there and a big white stain on the chair like lubricant or something nasty! Won’t ever stay again.

Clean, comfortable, nice Hotel and the staff was nice and breakfast was delightful.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful, many choices, kind staff, clean serving and dining area

Cons:

the only issue is I had to almost beg to get another roll of toilet paper when ours ran out
