Older hotel. Currently undergoing renovation. No breakfast offered. Pool closed. It was clean. It was safe.

Clean room friendly staff

Although there were a couple of issues with my door and tv the staff did all they could to correct the issues.

Property is in the middle of a refresh so it looks like a construction zone. Room was clean, front desk person was friendly. We would stay again.

Clean and affordable option. Felt safe. Kind and courteous staff. Quiet stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

My husband & I were just traveling through & needed a place to sleep after a long day of driving. This Hotel was under construction, but the staff were friendly, the room was clean & the bed was comfortable. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby.

What I did NOT like is that thee was no hot water the night I stayed nor was there any hot water the next morning. I let the shower run for 20 minutes the night and for 20 minutes them morning and never had hot water. This was very disappointing as I had driven over 900 miles and wanted a hot shower. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told that in that room the shower controls were backward and hot was cold and cold was hot. This was a poor attempt to explain no hot water. If it was so, I should have been informed. However, it was NOT so, as I tried that tactic and still had no hot water. I should be given a full refund for the lackluster accomodations and for the staff lying to me. Very, very disappointed in Candlewood.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to dining options.

Easy in and out to the highway. Lots of eating options and the amenities in the room was great as well.

It was a great stay! The room was wonderful! The only thing I wish they had is breakfast. Other than that, it was great!

For the price I’m Shocked I got this room I hope I can sleep tonight - tooo strong disinfectant smell and the remotes don’t work for me to watch tv

We stayed here twice within a week on our way to Florida and back. Our first room was on the first floor and wasn't terrible, although not great. Our room on the return trip was on the third floor and was terrible. The light in the kitchen area flickered like a Hitchcock movie. The rooms were clean-ish. The second room had quite a surprise on the curtain which I noticed in the morning while opening...some type of bug nest. Looked similar to a mud wasp nest. This hotel is in major need of being upgraded to the modern era with breakfast, newer, firmer beds, actually everything needs an overhaul. I will not stay here again and would suggest skipping it.

Bed was too hard. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom handicapped equipped shower water ran out onto floor. Had to use towels instead of bath mat. Also mold around the shower Crome on nozzle.

Very uptight and haughty staff, no breakfast options at all, employees unwilling to help, employees acted as though we were bothering them when asked anything

Nice, clean older hotel, area was nice. Only issue was the mattress was old and not comfortable.
