The pool and location were fabulous the staff were really helpful. I liked that you could sit down whilst booking in /waiting to book in

Cons:

Considering the cost the room was shabby. If booking com hadn't got me such a great price I would have been robbed. I was still robbed at the price I paid.The room was like a tatty low budget hotel.It had been cleaned well but it was hard to make it look better than it was.It just felt cheap and nasty.

Fantastic both for business or a mini break
Pros:

Ideal location close walking distance from Paddington Station in a newly developed business area with good cafes and restaurants nearby. Good modern hotel, with friendly helpful staff, clean rooms and superb breakfast. The pool and gym are a little compact but the sauna and steam room compensate for that.

Air conditioning could be better

L'emplacement près des quais et de la gare, les chambres agréables, la piscine et salle de sport, la décoration, le buffet du petit déjeuner, le personnel agréable

Cons:

La climatisation non régrable , il faisait trop chaud pour bien dormir.
Le matelas du canapé lit qui est à changer

Der Pool ist relativ klein und auf 10-11 Benutzer limitiert. Es gab nur eine Lige. Die Sauna war sehr klein vom Platzangebot.

Lovely room - very comfortable especially the bath. Nice bar and breakfast. Extended to late check out as we were enjoying our stay so much.

Pros:

We truly enjoyed our stay, especially using the indoor swimming pool during the winter season. The hotel is well located for sightseeing and visiting iconic landmarks across London. It’s a great place to stay for families, and the room service was excellent.

Cons:

The restaurant was decent, but there are better dining options available nearby for the same price or even less.
