Pros:

Modernes, sauberes Haus, freundliches Personal.
Der Barbereich uns gleichzeitig Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön. Gute Anbindung ( U-Bahn und Busse)

Cons:

Der Weg zur U-Bahn war etwas weiter als angenommen.
Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war leider nicht gut.

Great location, nice room, breakfast had many choices, coffee machine is excellent.
Pros:

Location was great, room was one of the recently refurbished one, nr. 901. Swimming pool was quite small but my son enjoyed it. Breakfast was great too.

Cons:

Cleaning staff was knocking on every door in the morning. Do they not have a plan in place?

For the location and price, I would stay there again
Pros:

Great Bar area, friendly staff and great location 500m from Paddington tubes and station.

Cons:

Lack of UBI and plug points to charge your phones and laptops. Aircons are turned off during winter as the heating is automatically switch over and you cant be controlled separately in rooms. However they did give me a fan which did do the trick.

Pros:

L'hôtel était vraiment bien situé, proche de plusieurs lignes de métro à pied pour faire des activités, la chambre était top avec l'équipement nécessaire à disposition et le lit très confortable. Un petit déjeuner de qualité avec de la variété !
Mention spéciale pour l'accueil, l'écoute et le professionnalisme de Oumaima qui a fait toute la différence de ce séjour au Novotel. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Lovely modern hotel, with a few room niggles
Pros:

Very welcoming and helpful staff, lovely modern hotel surroundings with plenty of places to eat & drink, exceptional sound proofing, massive comfortable twin beds in our room, modern bar/ restaurant for great buffet cooked breakfast.

Cons:

Although the room decor was well maintained- a couple of items needed fixing: the shower temp couldn't be moved ( from only warm), the shower door leaked on to the bathroom floor, the room aircon was pretty ineffective.
