First of all, Brooklyn was very friendly and professional at check-in. That’s the only
Good thing about our stay. The floors in the room were so dirty our shoes stuck to them. The television is a joke with so much pixelation on every channel viewing was impossible. Breakfast was awful with bacon so greasy you couldn’t eat it. We found what looked like a dead roach in the bathroom and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Won’t stay here again.

Needs stuff fixed.
Pros:

Silverfish on the floor. The doors on the rooms slam extremely loud. The stairs door on the 3rd floor on the north end has a non functioning piston that’s supposed to slow the door down. It doesn’t work and the door slams and rattles the adjoining rooms.pool and hot tub not working. Was so looking forward to the hot tub for a good soak on a bad back after traveling so far to get there. . The two good things were the breakfast and the easy access to the main road thru town. Great breakfast places across the road. The Firehouse cafe was excellent.

It would have been if not on the 1st floor
Pros:

Location was great. Close proximity to all restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

1st floor near back door and stairs Very loud could hear everything including front desk. Large roach or water bug in the shower, no stopper in the tub. No safety lock on door.

I did not book. Ur online reservation added an additional $126 to my bill over and above the cost of the room of $121 per night. I hope u r not illicitly charging me for an attempted reservation for which I did not book.

Comfortable & Convenient
Pros:

Beds were comfortable & room was fairly clean. Breakfast was good & staff was very friendly & helpful! Great location!

Cons:

A few bugs in the bathroom but it was raining outside so may not be a normal issue. Some of the soap bottles/pumps were broken in the bathroom. A few of the guests were a little loud early in the morning at the ice machine.
