1. The room remodel - I booked this hotel based on the pictures from the website which shows the suite was 2 separate rooms. My husband is a night owl & I go to bed early so 2 separate rooms is ideal for us. Please update your website photos.
2. The table needs 2 chairs
3. I didn't like how the TV was in the middle of the room & the table was under the TV. The swivel on the TV was about to come out of the wall.
4. The mini fridge is broken & never got cold - so our leftovers got spoiled.
5. Not enough towels & no kitchenette towel.
6. Not enough trash cans & they s/b bigger in size.
Breakfast was just okay. Coffee was good. The location was good—tucked back off of 620; nice and quiet.
The eggs and chicken sausage were not appetizing.
Nice hotel in a great location! Perfect for a 3 night stay. Room was very spacious and comfortable.
Unfortunately when I was staying there it was in the midst of a major remodeling project. There was a lot of dust and noise. The first night a person was sitting in a pickup truck outside my window playing loud music. After 2 hours I finally notified the front desk and they promptly took care of the issue.

Upon making this reservation, my wife did overlook that the hotel was undergoing renovations.
I have stayed at many hotels during remodels and I must admit this was the worst I have ever stayed. The room was very poorly furnished with the toilet installed crooked, the furniture very sparse, parts on the door broken (or incorrectly installed), buffet where coffee maker is was broken, coffee furnished is wrong product for this coffee maker, therefore making it impossible to have coffee in the room.(I checked two other rooms with maid and they had the same problem), NO hot water for showers . Breakfast area was no well furnished, with the juice machine out of order.
It appears you are renting rooms that are partly remodeled ??
When pointing out these issues with Francisco at the front desk her only answer was "Im sorry" with no other concern to make this right.
Also as I was checking out a customer had similar complaints as mine and Francisco only had the same answer for them (they were renting four rooms for a group).
As a lifetime Diamond Hilton Member I expected more. Hamptons promise to make your visit 100% is not being done at your property.

The facility is undergoing a renovation so maybe that had something to do with our experience. Overall my experience was a solid 8. I would stay here again.
I did like the lighter and brighter color scheme used throughout the hotel. Hallways are nice and well lit.The room is very open and spacious with plenty of room. Bed linens were nice and clean. Good water pressure.The morning and evening staff were kind and helpful. The pool is very nice and clean as are the grounds. All lights and TV were in working order. Facility had plenty of free parking. Nice location and plenty of nearby restaurants.
Most issues are minor and can easily be addressed during their renovation. I found the sofa and chair looked attractive but were very hard and uncomfortable. Room decor is stark. All 4 pillows were very flat. Adding 2 firm pillows will give us more options. Shower head was not working well, needs cleaning. Refrigerator needed to be cleaned and defrosted so fridge door would shut. Broken cabinet hinges in kitchen area. Although the view was nice the windows were to cloudy and streaked to appreciate it.
Had reservations for a king. Was given two queens. Asked to change rooms. Was given a room on a floor that was completely dusty and incomplete from construction. Room had an extremely awkward layout and the construction was not good.
It was a very good stay and comfortable. Friendly even though they are under renovations it was still wonderful, great price
Did not get the room I was supposed to get and no discount for the room they gave. Hotel was being removed, not happy with the breakfast.
We asked for housekeeping at check in, no one ever came for the 2 days we were there.
The bed was not comfortable and neither were the pillows. It was undergoing renovations, and we noticed our batbroom had no exhaust fan in it. Kind of strange for a bathroom. Took a long time to get the mirror unfogged with ventilation.

The cleaning products used are almost caustic. I felt dizzy after 10 minutes of being in the room. I had to switch rooms and the second room, I had to leave the door open to air it out.
There were roaches in the room.
The Hotels.com site said the pet fee was 50$ and when I arrived, they said it was 75$.
Elevator was too say the least, sketchy. Door barely closed and slammed shut and open before ascending. I took the stairs.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

What increased the rating for this hotel was the service desk. The hotel is being renovated so I expect somethings to be awry. My friends checked into a room that wasn’t fully cleaned. Once it was cleaned, housekeeping came in without knocking. My room was okay. The furniture was not matching and there was a random chair inside. The bedding was touching the floor and the digital wall unit was inoperable. The toilet was turned in an awkward orientation and there was a lot of ‘dead’ space in the bathroom. The ironing board didn’t fit in the location it was stored, either. But maybe this is all apart of renovations…
hotel under renovation - looks like its almost done. a lot is forgiven due to the renovation. still a good hotel, and excited for when its done...
They were working on the hotel and we didn’t have water power and the alarms kept going off. Did not know they were remodeling.
