The location was excellent! It was so central to everything. The room was clean and comfortable and the sound machine was a nice touch. We enjoyed spending time in the lobby having drinks and listening to music. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The location was great within an easy walk of most historic sites. The staff was the friendliest imaginable. I felt like I was their personal guest. Everyone was so helpful and polite from check-in, to valet parking, to the concierge, to the restaurant staff. The concierge set up our entire three day stay and did a great job getting us to interesting and varied sites and areas as well as great restaurants. We ate three breakfasts and one dinner at the hotel. The menus are creative and the food is delicious. The cocktails were also great.

Great stay overall and Ervin, which is the first person adriving and last person leaving you see was very personable, super friendly and definitely made our trip that much better.

The service was exceptional. This hotel is perfectly located to experience Savannah. I enjoyed the cleanliness and quality as well. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Stayed at Andaz Savannah wonderful hotel as always, best location in Ellis Square! Customer service was great was always greeted by ALL the staff coming in and going out of the hotel! Valet service was wonderful as well Ervin was fast and super friendly.

Very solid choice. Well located in terms of walk to everything (City Market, shopping, restaurants, waterfront). Very pleasant and upbeat staff including the car valet and the ladies at the front desk. Was upgraded to a suite for $15 at check in (I am guessing the hotel was rather empty due to the unusually cold weather). But, regardless, it was a good deal and the room was lovely with kitchenette area, living room and large bathroom. Pool area looked lovely though due to the snow I took a pass on that!

Excellent, if you've never stayed at an Andaz. If you have, it's the same old standard excellence that you've come to know.

We keep coming back and love all the staff and clean room and top notch service. They make us feel like very important people.

Excellent perks especially for Globalists! Although the hotel no longer offers evening wine/beer tasting and appetizers, but still other great perks. We loved doing the s'mores every evening, plus happy hour has some decent options. The globalist breakfast perk is super good and we never got sick of the food.

We had a great mini vacation at the Andaz. Perfect location. Clean and well appointed. The hotel staff as a whole could not have been nicer! Erwin (valet) is great to chat 😊

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Andaz, they were so accommodating and the staff was wonderful. The bartenders at happy hour were great!!! Our flight was canceled and they let us have a very late check out while we figured out our plan to make it back home. I have no complaints about our stay and if I was back in Savannah this is where I'd stay again.

The staff’s professionalism and friendliness really stood out. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and made the stay feel effortless.

The Andaz Hotel in Savannah. Ga was very clean, the concierge service was extremely helpful, and the staff was very friendly. We had a wonderful stay and will stay there again in the future.

Great location, big room and really friendly and helpful staff. The employees really stand out at this hotel. I can’t remember staying at a hotel where everyone smiles - it was really nice and I would stay here again.
My only complaint would be with the valet parking. I was asked to leave a tip on the website when retrieving my car only to learn that the attendants don’t actually get the money from the e-tip!!! (The parking website expressly says all the electronic tips go to the attendants). It unbelievable that the hotel would take that money and lie to their guests! Ervin and the other attendants work hard and do a good job it’s really not fair to cheat them. Management really need to fix this and pay the guys back for the tips they didn’t get in the past. It’s probably against the law and definitely in bad taste to take advantage of your employees like this.

Great hotel experience. Rooms were clean. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Ervin provided excellent service to assist in obtaining transportation back to airport.
