We were very impressed with the accommodations of the Hotel. It was very clean and offered many amenities. The quality of friendly service from the staff was excellent, and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, with little complimentary surprises offered daily. The location is also terrific as it is very centrally located to both the Historic District and the Riverfront.

Impeccable location to see all historic Savannah has to offer. Staff is very attentive and friendly, I was greeted every time I went through the lobby. Definitely would stay again

Great location, clean, great staff that goes above and beyond

We had a fantastic five night stay to kick off our spring break adventures. Sean was very helpful in the week leading up to the trip in helping us select an upgraded room to make our stay even more comfortable. Our teenage girls loved the snacks and soda delivered to the room each day and well as the nightly s’mores. That was quite the novelty for a hotel. The birthday note and treat delivered to our room shortly after arrival was a lovely, personal touch. The girls also enjoyed seeing where their stuffed animals would be arranged on the bed each day. Such a small thing, but a nice gesture. Housekeeping also took the time to make the air mattress bed one of the girls was using. That was completely outside of something they needed to do for us.

Our room was extremely clean and the bed made for a great night’s sleep. I never heard anyone from other rooms at any point during our stay and slept better than I have in a hotel in a long time. The sound machines in the rooms are definitely appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay here again and hope to find time to enjoy the bikes they have available when I do.

Great hotel in a perfect location for exploring the North Historic District. Everyone was extremely professional and kind. Excellent service all around. I reserved the Andaz Suite and loved the space. Note that if you staying on the side of the hotel facing Ellis Square, you will hear much of the lively nightlife. I prefer a quieter stay, and Isaiah was extremely accomodating to my request for a room on the pool/courtyard side.

The room was cute and comfortable. We both loved the convenient and fun location of the hotel. Plus, the extras like the nighttime s'mores on the rooftop patio were really fun!

Beautifully renovated hotel. Perfect location in the center of town. Although there are many high end hotels in the historic area, most are not well located. No long walk or walk up the hill from the riverfront to get to restaurants, shops, and the historic squares. Staff were great. Comfy beds and linens. Free bikes. Quiet rooms. Couldn’t ask for more.

Stayed at this hotel over Easter weekend. When we arrived on Friday we were told our room number and I asked if it was overlooking the street. The lady told me it was, after reading the below review about noise I asked to switch to a room facing the pool. She told me they were full. Explained the even number rooms are facing the street/park and the odd numbers face the pool. I told her my concern about the noise. She said they may have been exaggerating - THAT IS NOT TRUE!! We were up all night because of the noise. You will hear the horse carriages, the party bike tours, the drunk people and we heard fighting both nights. Friday night (3:00am Saturday) there were 2 girls holding up traffic and throwing blows until the police came. It was AWFUL!!
We did ask for ear plugs the next night - they only helped so much until there are loud fights.

The pros are the location, beauty inside the hotel, friendliness, and the room - the bed was comfortable and had great amenities including smores at night!

The cons were the noise, small pool area, and price for valet. You can park in the parking garage for MUCH cheaper and the walk is short.

Unfortunately the noise issue caused us to not want to come back to this hotel. It's not the fault of Andaz but we value a peaceful night rest.

We had an amazing time front desk service is very helpful. Helped this also to understand things about this city and the gentleman at the door for valet. Ervin was very helpful, friendly and funny.

Great location in the heart of Savannah. Staff was excellent throughout, especially Ervin who helped us with our car and luggage. I’d come back here anytime.

Don't ignore the reviews about sound disturbance! We were "upgraded" to a suite facing Ellis Square on the 3rd floor and I HIGHLY discourage anyone from staying in any room matching that description. Our first night was Saturday night, and after a long travel day looked forward to some rest, but we were not able to sleep at all. The neighboring clubs/bars definitely make their presence known in this area. This is not puny noise that a sound machine and earplugs (both provided by the hotel as in room amenities... we should have taken the hint!) can fix... this is the type of thumping bass that rattles the room and shakes you awake. I have lived in the noisiest parts of NYC and it doesn't come close to comparing to the consistent thumping bass you'll feel at the Andaz Savannah. Will never forget that first terrible night!!! We eventually got moved to a pool facing room on a higher floor, which was a marked improvement. I just wonder, if the hotel KNOWS the sound is so bad (which they DEFINITELY do..., their reaction to our complaint is that it's better on weekdays...) it makes me wonder WHY they would put guests, much less children, in such a room in the first place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay an Andaz Savannah. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The accomodations were roomy and comfortable and we slept great every night of our stay. The firepit and s'mores were a nice touch and we enjoyed them on our last evening. The hotel was in a central location for all our activities and sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's the little details that matter! Parking is attached to this hotel which is SO convenient. After a business mtg. And a few cocktails at dinner, the snacks in the room were priceless! I'd stay in this clean hotel again. Thank you to Rhianna who handled my reservations so kindly and thank you to Erwin who got my luggage with a smile. Friendliness goes a long way ✝️

City Market close by as is our favorite restaurant Garibaldi’s

Every employee we encountered was consistently kind. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The rooms were clean. The location is perfect. Highly recommend.
