Enjoy our stay once we got to a quiet side of the hotel. Construction was going on one side of the hotel and it was very noisy. They were able to move us to a new room.
Mr. Bryan did a great job taking care of my car. Very friendly and professional gentleman.

PROS: great location. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Shout out to front desk check in lady T, bartender Justin, Valet Marquice & Mr. Brandon. They are true assets to this hotel. Excellent customer service!!
CONS: shower was not great. Shower head placement cramps you into the corner of the shower next to the wall mounted shampoo etc. Breakfast at restaurant was subpar.
SUGGESTIONS: Replace bar soap with hand soap by sinks in rooms. Offer some non sugary comp drinks in rooms for globalists.

I had an outstanding experience with the valet attendant (Ervin). From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, and welcoming. He handled my vehicle with care, was incredibly efficient, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to customer service. He greeted me with a smile, answered my questions, and had my vehicle ready promptly when I returned. It's rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued.

For our first time in Savannah it was a great place to stay. Location was great, near all the things we wanted to see and close to great food options. Great staff, super friendly and helpful. Loved the pool, firepit and the special touch of s'mores.

Great place to stay in a perfect location close to everything. Ervin the valet even helped us load our luggage before we left and sent us on our way. Cool vibe.

Location was fantastic. Staff friendly. Close to river, city market, shopping and restaurants. Room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Concierge available. Parking garage for self park was close by.

We stopped in Savannah to break up a long drive and we had yet to stay at an Andaz by Hyatt property. This property is in a lively part of Savanah and had we been able to stay longer I think we would really enjoy the location. The hotel is nicely appointed and we appreciated the friendly hospitality we received from staff during our visit. Our room was small but comfortably fit our family of four. Unfortunately, it was raining the evening we arrived so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool but it looked amazing.

Outstanding overall experience, in particular Ervin/Irvin with Valet services was outstanding with greeting us and making amazing food recommendations throughout our stay. Special kudos to Isaiah as well. We will be staying again.

We had a wonderful anniversary trip at the hotel Andaz. The service staff were fantastic and the room was comfortable and spacious. It had a full sized refrigerator which I really appreciated and a bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk in shower. Ervin the valet was so helpful with food recommendations and local fun, which we really appreciated. The hotel is located right inside of the city market area, making it convenient to walk everywhere. We would definitely visit again!

Location and smell of the Hotel

As a Savannah native, I don’t often stay in local hotels, but Andaz completely impressed me. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, the room was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable, and I absolutely loved the Byredo products. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be back.
