Staff was great and very accommodating.
Pros:

Great breakfast. No complaints. Would prefer scrambled eggs. But the omelettes were very good. Loved the sausages. We were there for our father-in-laws funeral at the Sumner Cemetery where family has been for over 100 years. Your staff was very gracious to let a few of us (6) come back afterwards to socialize.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything. Just the banquet seating was too low to the floor, and the table top was at your upper chest, and I’m very tall. I had to move to a chair to eat.

Great place for the value
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety of yummy food.

Cons:

The only issue was the water quality. The water in the shower was yellowish and the tub drained really slow so taking a shower you were standing in bath water.

An overall okay place, but won't be back unless I need to
Pros:

It was clean. Close to the place we needed to go. Free parking.

Cons:

Parking was horrible. They share the parking lot with another hotel. There are spots in the back and side of the hotel but no other entry access to guests, even with a room key, aside from the front entrance. I've stayed in many hotels over the years but this one had to have some of the thinnest walls I have experienced. I heard doors closing all morning as if our room door was open. The window blinds were somewhat transparent, and there were no curtains to pull to cover it completely. Breakfast and coffee were okay. I got the sense from reviews it would be really good but I would just put it at decent. Good in a pinch but still hotel breakfast food. There is a train that passed by in the middle of the night but if you're a sound sleeper you should be fine. We also didn't have a TV remote for some reason and the phone didn't work. We ended up surviving without them but it was odd. They didn't have extra pillows or blankets for the pull out couch so we ended up going down and grabbing some. It could have just been a quick turnover for the room and that's why the remote and extra bedding for the bed were forgotten.

The breakfast had a great variety. Not just a bunch of carbs, but good proteins as well.

Cons:

I would've loved a bathtub in the room, but we had the jacuzzi and pool so that was great!
