Inoubliable !
Pros:

Notre séjour a été irréprochable et inoubliable. Le personnel, l’environnement , les repas, le confort, la propreté, aucune fausse note, tout était parfait.

Cons:

Pour une personne qui a du mal à se déplacer, le parking est en bas d’une côte et il est préférable d’être à 2 pour pouvoir être déposé devant l’hôtel

Un très joli hôtel, très confort, personnel moyen.
Pros:

Le service était très lent et pas très agréable au bar/bibliotheque.
Le personnel a l’accueille était mitigé. Certains étaient au niveau et d’autre étaient désagréables.

Cons:

Un service un peu plus attentifs. Nous avons dû répéter notre commande plusieurs fois au serveurs, et même aller les trouver. Le barman par contre était super.

A fabulous relaxing stay with excellent food !
Pros:

Beautiful location. The staff were amazing. The food was excellent. Anyone with gluten intolerance can have dishes done for them. The spa is clean and the massages are very good.

Cannot think of anything!

Tres tres bon séjour
Pros:

Toujours aussi beau, hôtel très confortable avec un emplacement et une vue magnifique
Le personnel est très pro, accueillant , disponible.
Très belles chambres, confortables.
Super petit dejeuner

Cons:

Pas de Clim dans le restaurant donc quand il n est pas possible de manger dehors ( orage) il fait tres très chaud á l.intérieur.
Lit : le sommier de notre lit était en fin de vie, grince des que l’on bouge, donc pas très sympa. ( chambre 1111)
Revoir système room service : quand on appelle la ligne spécifique, ca ne décroche pas ( pendant les horaires d’ouverture ). Je suis donc descendue au restaurant : tout le personnel était en réunion , le téléphone sonnait sans que personne ne décroche ! C est moyen! Le client d’abord non ?
