J'ai eu un weekend calme et relaxant avec mon fils de 5 ans. Tout était très bien.

Le calme, la qualité du petit-déjeuner, la gentillesse du personnel, les attentions particulières prêtées aux enfants.

L insonorisation n est pas très bonne. Nous entendions les portes claquer et les conversations des gens. Jacuzzi de la piscine trop petit et temperature limite chaude.

Le plus : la navette qui nous transporte de l hôtel au centre ville, les chauffeurs sont très prévenants

Nous avons mange au restaurent la Table, personnel très attentionné mais les plats qui nous ont été servis n étaient pas très savoureux, mon cappuccino de champignons était froid et le plat était a peine chaud
Ce repas a été le seul point négatif de notre sejour

Tolles Hotel in schöner Umgebung

Das war unser erster Aufenthalt im Hotel Ermitage, aber ganz sicher nicht der letzte.
Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit herrlichem Blick auf den Genfersee und einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre. Besonders genossen haben wir den Aufenthalt im Spa-Bereich, der sehr gepflegt und entspannend ist.
Am Abend haben wir im Restaurant „La Table“ gegessen – ein hervorragendes Dinner in stilvollem Ambiente. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen: große Auswahl, hochwertige Produkte und alles perfekt präsentiert.
Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets mit einem Lächeln präsent. Eine besonders schöne Überraschung war das Upgrade in das Deluxe-Zimmer 1414, über das wir uns sehr gefreut haben.
Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel, in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Un personnel parfait!!!! Un service impeccable, nous avons mangé au restaurant: la table + éphémère + du Baron ( casino) et petit déjeuner, rien à redire, Délicieux et soigné.

Die Zimmer die Richtung See liegen sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Zimmer auf der Südseite haben keine schöne Aussicht. Da wir aber auf der Durchreise waren fanden wir das nicht tragisch. Aber ich finde bei einem Zimmer in dieser Preiskategorie sollte alles in Ordnung sein. Die Gardine in unserem Zimmer hatte einen großen Riss. Macht keinen guten Eindruck.
