Ice machines are torn up, bathroom is not cleaned as it should be. Floors were never swept the whole stay even after I asked to have the room cleaned.

The clerk was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I had to ask for a decent set of towels to be brought to my room. There was no floor mat. There was no body wash in the empty container marked body wash.

The lady that checked us in was nice

Cons:

It was outdated. My room had an old couch with no covers on it the mattress had all kind of stains on it and the bedroom had lamps missing with exposed wires
