It was fine.
Pros:

The location of the property being directly on the beach was very nice.

Cons:

The pictures do not accurately represent the property. It was very old and could you use some major upgrades. It was clean and we only needed a place to stay for one night but probably wouldn't stay there again.

La ubicación es excepcional. En frente al mar, en un entorno seguro. El hotel tiene un bar que se llena de gente ytiene música en vivo casi todo el día (13 a 20hs aprox), que es realmente muy lindo, más allá de que uno lo use o no. El lugar en general es tranquilo, alegre, con una onda muy positiva. Uno tiene el mar en frente con lo cual se puede cruzar las veces que quiera, escuchar música en vivo, tomar algo o dormirse una siesta, ya que la habitación, aunque daba al bar, estaba bastante bien insonorizada. El hotel es sencillo, no es para los buscadores de lujo. Es para disfrutar el lugar.

La vicinanza all'oceano e alla passeggiata nonché il patio comune con sedie,un punto di forza è che l'appartamento è fornito con tutto anche ombrellone e due sedie da spiaggia

If you want a lively stay it's a great place. Mind you it's a bit dated so you can hear all the noise of other rooms and the boardwalk outside.

Right on the boardwalk and the beach. Desk girl was polite and helpful. Value was good.

The room was not very clean at all. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin.

Pros:

Friendly hotel and bar employees. Location by the beach is perfect.

Cons:

Bathroom, kitchen suite, beds, everything is extremely old. Bathroom door not closing. Cleanliness is inadequate. This hotel is in need of a major overhaul.

rooms in need of updating. Ceiling fans need cleaning, bedding was miserably thin and old, no outlets to charge phones. Should update end tables to include charge outlets.
