A horrible experience with no customer service, no assistance, and no reimbursement.

Cons:

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. I paid for the entire night and was given a key, but after going out for dinner, I accidentally lost it. When I returned, the front desk was completely closed. They provided an emergency number, but I called multiple times and left voice messages, and no one ever answered or responded. I had no choice but to spend the entire night sleeping in my car, despite having already paid for the room.

I have traveled to many countries and have never experienced such a complete lack of customer service. Emergencies can happen, but there should always be someone available to assist guests. Absolutely horrible experience and extremely disappointing.

I recently stayed at the Ripetide Oceanfront Hotel and Tiki Bar for 3 nights. I stayed in this hotel/motel 12 years ago for the first time and then 8 years ago. Back then I loved the ambience, beach front and that it was in the north end of the boardwalk. So I decided to bring my 6 year old grandson for the weekend. I must tell you how disappointed I was. So let’s start .. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel by any means. I’m realistic and understand that for the price point it was going to be a 3 star hotel at best. But what I found was so disappointing. I felt sad, disrespected and angry. The owner/ owners of this hotel should be ashamed. It is such a disrespect to their guests to keep this property in such poor condition. I will show you with pictures and descriptions of what I mean. I honestly feel that it would be better to upgrade the rooms and then charge more.

Extremely Disappointing – Nothing Like the Listing
Pros:

We booked this hotel based on the photos and description on Hotels.com, but the reality was completely different.

The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and in much worse condition than advertised. The sofa bed was completely unusable and impossible to sleep on, making the room unsuitable for our family.

We were so disappointed that we left shortly after arriving and paid for another hotel instead. We contacted the property to try to resolve the issue, but received no response.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've had. The listing does not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. We cannot recommend staying here.

A perfect weekend in South Florida

Not sure why I paid the same amount for all three rooms when one room was terrible.

I booked three rooms, two rooms were a good size with a pull out couch full kitchen. Facing beach big picture window. Though old, but nice size room

Cons:

Third room felt like a jail cell. Very small, tiny couch that they used a sofa cover to hide condition of couch. It was so small one person could not even fit there body to sit. It was more of a couch a kid could put there bottom on . Make ship table ( a piece of wood over small refrigerator for a table with two chairs. A small out cove of a kitchen. One little cabinet.

Tv wasn't working upon arrival, Loud and disrespectful people in the room above keep us awake all night and we had a early morning flight, My daughter accidentally left her favorite stuffed animal in the room, so I contacted them the day of check out after we had flew back home and ask if they would please mail it to us and they agreed but it was never sent like promised

La ubicación de la habitación! Mí madre disfrutó mucho de la vista. Y la playa está al cruzar el boulevard ideal para mi madre que no camina mucho, también habían sillas de playa que vienen muy bien. Es el segundo año que vengo y sin duda volveremos.

Cons:

Entraba mucha les en la habitación, hay que dedicarle tiempo para lograr cerrar bien las cortinas, la puerta trasera tiene un stickers de vitral poder entra demasiada luz, le puse un short negro y problema arreglado!😉
