Cedar Inn & Suites

Air conditioning did not function on the hottest week of the year!! Swimming in sweat and their (Owner) response was “here is a fan)”!

1 towel for 2 people. No wash cloths

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of our room at Cedar Inn. The room was very dirty and honestly looked like it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time.
The walls were dirty, the towels did not look freshly washed, and the floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. There were actual dust balls all around the room. The kitchenette was disgusting and looked so unsanitary that we didn't feel comfortable using it.
The water also took an extremely long time to get warm. To make matters worse, there wasn't even a phone in the room to call the front desk, so if you needed assistance, you couldn't simply contact reception from your room.
For a hotel, basic cleanliness should be the bare minimum. I don't expect luxury, but I do expect a clean room, clean towels, and basic amenities to be properly maintained. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
I would not stay at Cedar Inn again and would not recommend it based on the condition of the room we received.

Very bare-bones room, bad bathroom and shower, uncomfortable bed, no TV, no phone, cracked concrete steps to the second floor. Very firm on a 4:00 p.m. check-in. Tried to cancel the booking after I realized the late check-in time, but they didn't respond with their denial until after it was too late for a refund.

The room was absolutely disgusting. while checking in another gentleman was at the office waiting to complain about the same reason. bloody boogers on the wall, no window screens, thick layer of dust on the headboards, weird stains over the bed, one of the mattresses had a hole in it.
One lady complained we had 4 cars for a 6 person stay. when I went to talk about how the room was not cleaned she told us that we can just check out and leave if we had a problem with it (second day there out of five) because she didn’t like our cars so she doesn’t care if we leave

No room service, no daily cleaning and no replenishment of towels. Lastly the towels did not match. Older hotel and in need of a remodel.

Old and some missing necessities items that we regularly find in other motel or hotel, like no iron and iron board, just one trash bin hole on a wall, very tight shower place.

This place was absolutely terrible I don’t even know how they’re in business. The beds were so old and broken down they dipped to the floor. The room was dirty dark barely any lighting. I asked for a room on the first floor, which I got but was in the corner by the stairwell. My window literally looked at the creepy stairwell. It’s only saving grace is the location.

Que es un lugar súper sucio y las I raciones en súper mal estado el baño está lleno de moho en el cuarto estaba, lleno de polvo y la televisión no servía, las sábanas estaban sucias,

Could use a better blanket

The place was rundown for what they charged. Basically paying for location. But if they put some money into it, like paint and update it, they could charge more during slow season and people would want to come back since the location is so good.
