For first time traveler to Tahoe, this experience was not great as I was traveling with my four kids
Pros:

Location of the room was on the first floor. Two full beds and a bunk bed.

Cons:

The Ceder Inn & Suites location has no front desk office, it is empty/closed, no staff on location. Guests have to walk next door to the office that is in the hotel next to it. There was only one staff member attending to any and all guest service needs. There was no service that came to the room daily unless you request it. Room has no phones and only means to communicate with guest service(the one man) was if he answered the phone line given to us. Room was not clean. dresser in main room and bathroom were stained. The bed we slept on was awful because it had an indentation.
