Could not m sleep with the heat and noise from air-conditioning outside window
Pros:

Room was very warm and could not open windows as the air-conditioning units were outside our window. Bed was very uncomfortable. Food was lovely staff were lovely

La ubicación, está muy cerca del pueblo.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son muy viejas y necesitan una buena restauración. El desayuno no considero que sea de calidad.

Would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Reception staff amazing and helpful, all staff to be honest when we arrived. Great at breakfast as well, friendly service. Breakfast wasnt the best quality food

Cons:

Bathrooms needing updating in the rooms. Also, we went in the pool sunday and the girl on the desk there let us in fine, we got in the pools and after 10 minutes she came running to us to say we had to have a swimming cap, really should of been told that before entering surely? So we just used the jacuzzi but we had to wait half hour for that to open

Breakfast was very good and kids club was great for the kids and the pool was lovely

Room service needs to be retaught 3 to 5 people and only 2 rolls of toilet rolls per room towel changing needs to be looked at

Pros:

Had stayed in the Charleville Park Hotel about 14 years ago and was still very pleased with all the facilities and the friendliness of the staff was excellent. And definitely would stay again and recommend it to others.
