pleasant break from the daily routine
Pros:

very kind and friendly staff, place was comfortable and clean

Cons:

we had a room facing the street (quite busy at times) and our neighbours came back late in the night and were pretty noisy

Great hotel
Pros:

The staff are all very friendly and that helps make your stay better. The breakfast is lovely.

Cons:

There wasnt much i didnt like. If I ha to say one thing it would be very minor like the shower door was a little bit ceroded and there was some lime scale around it. No complaints really.

Pros:

Staff were lovely. Really welcoming and sorted out an issue with my first room very quickly and without question.

Cons:

It’s very dilapidated and in much need of a revamp. Rooms are tired and dusty with threadbare carpet.

Stayed 2 nights, dinner order incorrect both nights. Had to send one dinner back, was freezing. Outside tables weren't clean, empty glasses, bottles and mugs left out for hours

Overall I left satisfied as I was listened to and treated with respect.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Room left a lot to be desired. Sink not draining, toilet only half flushing, bottom of shower doors not clean. No phone in room and carper completely bare in places. I informed management on leaving and they listened and noted everything I said, he was very apologetic but did not make silly excuses which I appreciated. He assured me my next stay would be different and gave me his card for me to call before my visit.
My sons room was fine no complaints.
