Crimson Jasper
Pros:

Reception staff were excellent throughout the whole experience. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant, Terra, was exceptional and we enjoyed what was probably the best meal on our 2 week road trip. We liked having Nestor's grocery store next door and the location downtown was perfect for our needs. Finally, the parking on site was free.

Cons:

The location of our room was a bit awkward to get to but once we got the hang of it, it was easy enough. We thought the trains might be a problem but even that was okay. There was some noise coming from the adjacent room but as far as I could tell, it was just a squeaky floor. It wasn't a huge problem.

Geen mogelijkheid om ergens relaxed te zitten. Op de kamer geen relax stoelen, noch een lobby oid. Ligt dichtbij spoorrails

Im in Jasper often for work and pleasure. This is my first time at your property. wont rush back
Pros:

location. property was clean. staff were pleasant.

Cons:

couldn't check in until almost 5pm. Had a leak in our bathroom. Although staff was nice it took some one 2 hours to come look at it and they still didn't fix it. Its nice to be able to have a shower and use the toilet in your hotel room before a day of hikes.

Good position in Jasper
Pros:

Nice hotel, close to town centre and train station. Comfortable beds and helpful reception staff.

Cons:

A basic tidy up of room included providing more coffee, sugar etc however didn't replace dirty glasses. No dishwashing liquid provided or would have been happy to wash myself.

Cons:

1. 一到就發現房間門把壞掉,無法關門,立即要求換房間, 所以要注意門把是否ok
2. 沒有付費的洗衣機及烘乾機,對遊客不方便

Walking distance to anything in town and nextdoor to a supermarket
Pros:

Location was right in town with an easy walk to everything. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the pool, hot tub and gym were great. Parking was good but got busy by the afternoon/evening.
