Room was clean.. Staff was excellent...Enough parking...air conditioning was in good condition
They didnt really have a parking structure attach to the building. It was across the street but they did have street parking. The area was nice and safe. The staff was friendly!! We were allowed to have a late check in.

Our room linen was dirty and we complained. We were moved to another room and the linen was also dirty in that room. We were missing remotes for the television the bathroom fan was hanging from the. Ceiling. Ok had reserved two other rooms. Which had the same problem with the linens. My brothers was so bad he left to another facility. The third room did not have hot water for the shower and the bed was broken in the middle where my friends wound up sleeping

Broken nightstand and dangerous looking electrical plug on the lamps... it was twisted and caked in debris. The building and surrounding area is nice, historic, small town. Threatened by the manager to have people come in my room and make me understand my water is hot, when it’s obviously still cold
There was no one to greet me when I arrived even though I had texted my arrival time. The lobby stank of pot. There was no offer to help me bring luggage upstairs as there is no elevator. The entire place was hot as there is no air conditioning except for loud room units. The first room had a broken toilet seat. I requested a second room. The second room had shower doors that would not open. I went back downstairs and demanded a refund.
