Las instalaciones son muy completas, la habitación muy cómoda, cama muy grande y muy cómoda.

Cons:

El hotel es espectacular, instalaciones muy cómodas, pero tanto el desayuno (la jarra de la leche tenía leche podrida en el fondo y las paredes de la misma, y las bandejas de los huevos tenía un olor muy muy desagradable) como el personal que nos atendió en el desayuno, especialmente uno de los camareros no dejó de cuchichear con sus compañeros hablando mal de todas las mesas que atendía. Una experiencia un tanto desagradable.

Pourrait être mieux pour un 4 étoiles
Pros:

Hôtel très confortable avec une décoration soignée. L’accès au parking est gratuit et facile d’accès
Le personnel est très agréable.
Les chambres King size sont propres et suffisamment grande

Cons:

Les photos du bassin extérieur sont trompeuses. On pourrait croire qu’il y a une piscine extérieure mais ce n’est pas le cas. Il y a par contre une piscine intérieure dans le sous-sol du bâtiment rond à 23€ par personne et pour 2 heures avec hammam et sauna. Manque de produits de salle de douche comme brosse à dents, coton tige, verre. Seulement un produit pour la douche. Pas de différence entre gel douche et shampooing. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, je trouve ça dommage.

Pros:

Parking en sous-sol de l hôtel avec un accès direct à l accueil.

Cons:

Comportement inadmissible du personnel qui a soutenu a tort et sans ménagement que nous devions payer la taxe de séjour au moment du depart (deja reglee la veille au soir). Nous avons donc payé 2 fois pour en finir.

Dans l’ensemble plutôt propre mais on s’attend à plus de propreté c’est convenable pour une nuit mais s’il y a quelques chose à revoir c’est la propreté. En tout cas j’ai eu besoin de la chambre plutôt et le personnel a fait le nécessaire pour nous et a répondu très vite. En revanche les femmes de ménages n’étaient pas du tout souriante

Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur de l'établissement
Des produits proposés de mauvaises qualité, très mal cuisinés, des charcuteries fromages très bas de gamme et même les viennoiseries étaient sèches. C'est navrant au vu du prix.
