Pulita ma poco affidabile il personale alla reception

La colazione e la stanza pulita

Cons:

Avevo chiesto se potevamo prolungare il check out alle 16.00, ci avevano detto di sì pagando una cifra extra, il giorno dopo, senza preavviso ci hanno detto che dovevamo liberare la stanza perché avevano già l’ospite della sera dopo, così non ci hanno dato alcuna soluzione, se non quella di sgomberare la stanza e crearci un disagio.

Tutto. Camera squallida e mobili vecchi, materassi sfondati e cuscini con imbottitura che cuoceva la testa, bagno e doccia minuscoli, nel bagno niente bidet, niente mensole o mobile solo lavandino, niente per appoggiare una spazzola. Hanno risparmiato anche sugli asciugamani, piccoli e duri, carta igienica che si spappolava in mano. Avevamo chiesto una camera silenziosa e da fuori non arrivava nessun rumore, ma la ventola del caldo /freddo faceva un rumore assordante, sono riuscito a spegnerla, ma non è servito perché quella del vicino ha fatto rumore tutta la notte. Colazione squallida per gli onnivori e inesistente per i vegetariani. Avrei potuto spendere una buona parola per il garage gratuito, ma i posti auto sono così stretti che è difficile scendere e salire.
La mattina ho fatto le mie rimostranze al ragazzo della reception e mi ha risposto che ho prenotato una camera economy e quindi non potevo pretendere di più. Bene, ho risposto, allora scrivete che diete un hotel 4 stelle, ma che le camere economy sono zero stelle. Vergognoso, solo in Italia ti danno dei tuguri per euro 125.50. Non so quanto guadagna il ragazzo alla reception, evidentemente molto, se per lui affittare una camera a quel prezzo merita che sia un tugurio.

Tutto.. Sopratutto la Spa e l'ampio Buffet della mattina 🌟
Personale sala e reception molto gentile.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto direi la vasca doccia, in quanto l'acqua usciva dalle porte scorrevoli a vetro e si allagava il bagno e il soffione doccia posizionato al soffito non funzionava..

Szálloda megközelíthetősege nagyon jó, parkolás ingyenes, ágy kényelmes. Reggeli katasztrófa!
Pros:

Közel van Bergamo és Milánó is. Könnyű parkolás, van mélygarázs. Autópálya 3 perc.

Cons:

A reggelinél nyers volt a tojás, száraz volt a pékáru. Második reggelinél hatan beszélgettek a bárpultban, még azt sem kérdezték meg milyen kávét szeretnénk. Nem
volt szalámis tálcán a 4 szelet összeszáradt pulyka sonkán kívül semmi. Éretlen volt a paradicsom. Meleg volt az ásványvíz. A rántotta kritikán aluli, ehetetlen.
Az asztalokat nem pakolták le. Nem voltak túl kedvesek a felszolgálók.
Aki 9:30-kor megy reggelizni vagy 10:00-kor, Ő is ugyanazt az árat fizeti a szobáért, viszont közel sem azt kapja, mint aki 7:00-kor reggelizik. A gyümölcslevek a legolcsóbb kategória. 4 csillagos szállodához képest a reggeli egy panzióban is jobb.
Tusfürdő a zuhanykabinban üres volt érkezésünkkor.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Alles super professionel und ein tolles Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse.
Hotel direkt an der Autobahn. Man hört durch dies Fenster wirklich rein gar nichts.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr warm als ich ankam. Die Klimaanlage brauchte lange bis sie auf die Temperatur herunter gekühlt hatte.
