Never again. It was a waste of 180.00 dollars. If the ac doesn’t work don’t put guest in that room!

Staff was nice. It was clean.

Cons:

Our room 329 the AC did not work. It was so hot. I did tell the front desk and they said they would have somebody come fix it while we were out. They did come up to our room. But walked into a hot room. It’s not fixed. We are here trying to go to sleep in a sweltering room.

Would stay here again based on customer care and location.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional caring. Lobby/bar/eating areas were pleasant.

Cons:

The room air conditioning was a bit challenging to regulate regarding temperature and airflow. One side of the king bed received strong airflow with no way to redirect/adjust.

Room was mid, no adjustable shower head, a/c blew on one bed only. TV menu and interaction was difficult. Refrigerator was so loud that the previous tenant unplugged it.

I had a great experience with this hotel and would stay here again when visiting Frisco!!
Pros:

The location of this hotel was AMAZING!!!! It was only a 3 minute drive to the event that I was attending, as well as close to the lots of shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

It was awful and probably won't do that again.
Pros:

Property was nice and well kept.

Cons:

Many things, one of them being the service that I received as an amputee. I had reserved a room, and despite me showing them my ADA accommodation email I received from them, they said they didn't have an ADA room for me, and blamed it on the 'third party'

I would book again. Great staff, location, room was comfortable and clean.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and my bed was comfy.

Cons:

These hotels seem dirty because of the colors they choose. They want to look trendy but they make you feel dirty.
