Not clean, terrible bathroom

the location is perfect,, but the room and the furniture are very outdated.. the bathroom condition is below par

Well what I have seen in pictures room wasn’t like that, room condition not good need massive upgrading, no kitchen equipment, floor clean but due to their age look no clean, lift was not working through out my stay one lift was out of order and one was working and took ages to go up and down. Wall sockets are unsafe
Breakfast was good

The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate
The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower.
Fully air conditioned and a balcony too.
It just needs a bit of maintenance but the staff are all very nice.

Terrible experience.
Only 1 lift working waited lift to come for very long and up to take stair case

The inside the room does not working at all and we have to move 3 rooms in 1 day

Very run down. Could be high quality and originally designed as such. But no maintenance or upgrading in decades since Horizon took it over from Aston and its all falling apart. Friendly helpful staff but room condition, facilities, restaurant a/c and lifts etc etc very poor .
But fairly cheap spacious and close to centre of town.

Service was very poor

A bit noisy when the mosque starts praying in the evening and morning. Location is very convenience to move around

We experienced a power outage and the hotel was not prepared for this. My room was on 27th floor.. No way easy to climb.
Service was good and staff was calm and nice.
However, AC did not work in room.
Rest was brilliant and good.

Very nice stay,room a little on the tired side and slight smell of cigarettes. Local area quite good also.

Staff can not communicate well in English.
Hotel quite close to the Mosque so during the night praying sould was quite noisy.

It's a bed and breakfast. Inspite of being in their pricey 3 bedroom rooms, the overall condition of the room and hotel is not up to par. There are no hand towels, just one AC remote for 4 rooms, no floor mats in bathrooms, no proper kitchen utensils, and the housekeeping services really are SLOW. the room itself seems to be falling apart as the door also doesn't have a proper security lock and the to top it all the manager actually suggested that he would leave for some requested item in my room in my absence. Where is the security to that !! I would have appreciated the hotel to be more sophisticated or well managed considering it was close to the business district. It's not baby friendly to the point there are no ramps for strollers or wheelchairs, no baby cots or high chairs.

Good enough and not pretencious! In a good location to walk and enjoy amenities and share some quality time with local jakartan's.

its like renting an apartment, breakfast is superb...they even provide an infocus with cartoon, crayon and colouring book for children...very nice!!!

a big disappointment for the price it charges. room is old, not clean, nor properly equipped.

I enjoyed the available open windows which opened enough to experience real fresh air. Hotel staff appeared promptly for any room service. As someone who enjoys Indonesian style cuisine, the hotel restaurant offers an excellent choice of ready-made yet fresh buffet items. Enjoyed chatting with the manager, Rizky, a fine gentleman. There are nearby ATMs available across the street; plus a mini market just next door to the hotel. The location is very close to a wide variety entertainment or shopping districts.
