IT'S OKAY.
Pros:

Food (besides the breakfast buffet that was included) was way over priced and extremely slow. Tours/Transfers in the lobby, again were over priced, but the sunset river cruise was awesome.

Very close to Victoria Falls

Location n Staff Amazing

Cons:

We had 2 issue. Air-conditioning didn't cool well it took me 2 try's to get them to come on 2 day late afternoon. The shower head was awful hard to get washed. Reported it 3 straight days and they only said we will fix it. They never did fix it.
The bathroom was dirty about 2inch all around the floor including the door. The shower curtain was very dirty and dragged 2 inches to much. What a mess. Pool was not always clean.

Pros:

The guys in reception on the night shift of the 3rd were unhelpful particularly the guy.!!.
Day people good.

Cons:

His attitude.. he looked pissed quite frankly, guests sense that.

Not as nice as it looks
Pros:

Decent location, nice pool. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Bathroom full of mould, no fan, poor ventilation. Room smelled damp. Staff take a good ten minutes to acknowledge you when waiting at check in desk or at the bar even when multiple staff there. Asked for laundry service multiple times, never got help. FYI if breakfast isn’t included it is $30 USD.

Passably pleasant but not a good value for money. I would not stay there again.
Pros:

room was spacious

Cons:

Staff was overall not helpful or competent, esp. Reception staff. They did not honor my request for a quiet room, and I had VERY noisy, banging neighbors.

The food wasn’t prepared properly my bacon tasted like fish uncooked food,so I never asked for breakfast ,the price I was quoted on booking.com was not what they asked me to pay on arrival

A good place to stay in terms of location and cleanliness. We didn't spend much time at the hotel.

Hotel cómodo con una buena relación calidad precio
Pros:

Habitaciones amplias y cómodas y la ubicación aunque había q coger un taxi aunque fuera para hacer 500 m

Cons:

El personal deja mucho q desear, ni caso para hacer una reserva en un restaurante, una de nuestras habitaciones sin agua caliente, lo dijimos por la mañana y al llegar por la tarde no estaba solucionado ni sabían nada y al ponernos serios cambiaron la habitación y los precios del desayuno un robo a mano armada.
