Passably pleasant but not a good value for money. I would not stay there again.
Pros:

room was spacious

Cons:

Staff was overall not helpful or competent, esp. Reception staff. They did not honor my request for a quiet room, and I had VERY noisy, banging neighbors.

The food wasn’t prepared properly my bacon tasted like fish uncooked food,so I never asked for breakfast ,the price I was quoted on booking.com was not what they asked me to pay on arrival

Hotel cómodo con una buena relación calidad precio

Habitaciones amplias y cómodas y la ubicación aunque había q coger un taxi aunque fuera para hacer 500 m

Cons:

El personal deja mucho q desear, ni caso para hacer una reserva en un restaurante, una de nuestras habitaciones sin agua caliente, lo dijimos por la mañana y al llegar por la tarde no estaba solucionado ni sabían nada y al ponernos serios cambiaron la habitación y los precios del desayuno un robo a mano armada.

A bit outdated rooms
risk of falls in the shower for older people. Side handle bars recommended.
Too much disruption from the housekeeper.
1 visit a day should be sufficient.

Comfortable accommodation at good location close to every thing at moderate prices. Staff friendly, courteous and ready

Cons:

Bath rooms didn’t have handwashing liquid or soap provided at the wash basin. Shower screen was dirty and mouldy. Otherwise the room was comfortable.

Close to everything, staff friendly and helpful. I’m going back to it again in a couple of days.
Pros:

Close to the hub of Victoria Falls. Only about 5-10 minute walk to where all the Activity Centres are, and banks, restaurants, souvenir shops etc.

Cons:

Slightly older in style but practical. Mainly not suitable if steps are a problem. No ramps to wheel cases etc.
