They were very hospitable. I enjoyed the warm welcome at the reception with a welcome drink. Love the architecture and design of the room. Rooms are clean and comfortable

Sometimes you feel you have hit jackpot with a hotel. This is how l felt. I just loved this hotel. It felt luxurious. It was well maintained and in a safe area of Victoria Falls. I went for a walk alone to the shopping area full of gift shops to buy some gifts and felt safe. I enjoyed the experience of feeling free to walk and on the road side saw some baboons.
My Husband and l spent a couple of hours at the pool area having drinks and relaxing in the sun the next day. The Buffet food was excellent both evening meal and breakfast. Our room was very comfortable although the balcony had no chairs to sit on. I did not complain as balcony facing a main road. The pool area was much more pleasant
The complex was clean and well maintained with beautiful plants. This hotel was so relaxing after a visit to Victoria Falls Park and one was able to unwind and enjoy being in the Victoria Falls area. I would highly recommend this Zimbabwean hotel.

all was great apart from the reception lady not informing us that the restaurant kitchen closes at 9h30, we went there at 9h40 they told us they can't assist

Schönes Hotel mit Allem was man braucht. Ruhige Zimmer in einer großzügigen Anlage, Pool, Bar Restaurant.
Um in die Stadt zu kommen gab es einen Shuttleservice, perfekt. Nettes Personal und liebevoller Empfang gehören
zum Service, genau wie ein extra Ausflugsschalter mit Beratung.

We had a really pleasant stay at Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel. The location is a big plus, it’s close to town, easy to get around, and transport is simple to organise. Whenever we needed taxis, the reception team helped us out and made sure we were using reliable drivers, which we really appreciated.
The rooms were comfortable and practical, with aircon, a safe, and mosquito nets for the evenings. Housekeeping was consistent and the rooms always felt fresh. If you needed anything extra, like an iron, it was provided without any fuss. The staff were genuinely friendly and always happy to help.
The hotel also has a nice pool area, plus a bar and dining section that’s great for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was decent with a good selection of hot options and baked goods to start the day.
Overall, it’s a solid, comfortable hotel in a convenient location with helpful staff. A good choice if you want somewhere central, easy, and stress-free while visiting Victoria Falls

The rooms were lovely with an en suite bathroom, working aircon, a TV with a few TV channels, a mosquito net to protect from bites in the evenings as well as a safe to keep your items safe. The beds were comfortable and clean towels were set up in the bathrooms and replaced as needed. The bathroom also had amenities like a shower cap, shampoo and body wash as well as a body lotion in the bedroom.

The rooms were cleaned everyday by the staff and in the evenings they would also drop by to help set up the mosquito nets. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

All in all a lovely hotel that was really central to the town and activities. In the case where you needed taxis the staff at reception were helpful in getting taxis and ensuring we were using reputable providers.

The hotel also has a lovely pool which was kept clean and had pool towels for convenience right by the pool.

The breakfast offering was hot in the morning with the classics of sausages, eggs, toast, bacon and cereals as well as a range of pastries and baked goods. My only improvement point in this area is that the juices provided did not taste like 100% fruit juices and were instead a concentrate, so on various days the taste differed based on the person mixing on that day.

Well organized activities by Heritage expeditions. We spent more time outside, than in the hotel.

Walkable to Victoria falls centre, shops and Elephant Walk craft centre. Clean pool and spacious rooms. Friendly staff, hotel a little dated but well maintained.

Very pleasant helpful staff. A clean and comfortable hotel ideally situated in Victoria Falls. Easy walk into the town of Victoria Falls and close to all the tourist attractions.

A good base in busy Victoria Falls, in a quieter neighbourhood just a few hundred metres outside of the town centre.
Easy check-in, pleasant well-appointed rooms with mosquito nets, fridge, kettle, safe, AC, bottled water. Better lighting than most places we stayed at in Zimbabwe. Good shower in a modern bathroom (little bit of mold on the ceiling), solar heated hot water. A few things were in need of repair and/or replacement, but nothing major.
Nice pool, quite warm im the afternoons, and not too busy when there aren't big groups of drunken Germans. The wifi was good, both in the rooms and common areas.
The restaurant was nice and good value, buffet-style for the included breakast, menu-based for lunch and dinner, with a pretty good selection of vegetarian dishes.

In a good location for town, the falls and all surrounding activities. Its big, lots of space and a decent pool area.
Rooms are tired though and the whole hotel is quite run down. Service is really poor and the food is awful. No tabs so all drinks etc paid for at the time.

Good basic hotel located near the centre of Victoria Falls town, but about 5km from the actual falls. The rooms are well appointed but service is inconsistent. Good staff and pool facilities. Very good place to start and end a trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was good, short walk to Victoria Fall national park. But property offer free shuttle. Each night staff came to the room to spray mosquito repellent. No mosquito bites in the room.

The shuttle was handy and made everything close.
Rooms while a bit dated were nice and we really enjoyed the balcony and pool area

Every staff person we encountered was totally service oriented especially the fellow in the lobby with the headdress and horn, he always went out of his way to help, even weighed our bags in preparation for the airport
