Fantastic location, nice room and great staff!
Pros:

This hotel is right in the heart of the entertaining Soi 11 Sukhumvit district and while this might not be your choice for the swimming pool or great views, the room itself, while not large, exceeded my expectations as did the staff, which is fantastic. The bed is on the firmer side. The location though is fantastic if you want to be close to many restaurants and outdoor cafe's as well as transportation. The road gets congested at night. The Villa Market, a short walk away is a great store to get groceries, water, coffee and produce. Go to the "Breakfast Story" restaurant for an amazing breakfast or Veganerie for a healthy breakfast!

Cons:

Swimming pool is small and there wasn't any kind of view out of my room but could have been attributed to the lower rate.

The location and the staff will all great

Cons:

The food was subpar. Breakfast was mainly the same every day except dinner from the night before was breakfast in the morning. The signage also wasn’t that great because if you weren’t looking hard, you wouldn’t drive right past it as many of the taxis did.
