Vackert hotell nära tåg o strand
Pros:

Vackert hotell med gångavstånd till stranden o tåget. Stort fint rum o överdådig frukostbuffé.

Cons:

Extremt varmt i hotellet när vi kom in och även senare. Det var ju svalt ute så svårt att förstå.
Kön till receptionen var inte jättelång men det tog en evighet innan det blev vår tur.
Tydligen bokar man spat o får badrockar där också.

Hotellet behöver en rejäl upprustning, både kvalitativt och servicemässigt.
Pros:

Frukosten var bra och miljön.

Cons:

Personalen var trötta och lovade att städa vårt rum men det gjordes aldrig. Trotts stora utrymmen med bekväma faciliteter så var det en kylig atmosfär. De var inte serviceinriktade. Det var ett spahotell men ändå ingick inte spaavdelningen i bokningen av rummet. Det är inte ok.

Notre chambre spacieuse avec des rangements.Bonne literie.
Bar très agréable et cosy.

Location is beautiful and the staff very helpful, both reception and restaurant staff. They offer a very good and varied breakfast.

Cons:

It seems like nothing is included in the room price. The overall approach is that you have to pay even for basic amenities, such as the 30 ml shampoo bottle. There is no minibar in the room. A bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Frukosten var fin men automatkaffe utan möjlighet att få en god kaffe.

Cons:

399 dkr extra per person om du vill basta eller ta ett dopp i utomhuspolen. Vattnet från duschen rann ut på badrumsgolvet spm blev livsfarligt halt. Ingen bodylotion i badrummet. Ingen del av hotellet är i den mysiga byggnad som syns på bilden utqn i en helt annan nybyggd byggnad. Utsikten från sovrummet var över en liten grusplan. Trångt och gick knappt att få en sittplats om man ville ta en drink på kvälken samt högt ljud från sportmatch på alla tv-apparaterna.
