Important information:

Please inform The Arco powered by Sonder in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Do not stay here!!
Pros:

-The street noise was extremely loud all night. Earplugs barely helped it was so loud.
-The bathroom was completely unheated and freezing.
-The room was also really cold but after a very long wait the heat finally made the room warm enough that we weren't shivering if we took our coats off.
-The water pressure in the shower was low.
-The coffee machine was broken.
- The venetian blinds controls were broken.

Alojamiento estupendo en el que sin duda repetiremos si volvemos a Philadelphia.
Pros:

Estamos hablando de un aparthotel por lo que ni desayuno ni limpieza estaban incluídas en el precio. La ubicación es fantástica, justo en el centro de Philadelphia.

Cons:

Quizá la poca insonorización de las ventanas. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle y por las noches se oía el bullicio de coches y gente.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the location of the hotel was ideal!

Cons:

The electronic entry was a bit cumbersome. The TV in the bedroom was not working, and there was no one on staff at the hotel other than housekeeping who didn't work until the following day.

Gutes Hotel mit guter Erreichbarkeit zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten
Pros:

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit einem geräumigen Bad. Alles war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist wirklich top: Viele Restaurants sind in der Nähe und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn erreichbar. Der Preis war etwas höher, aber angesichts der Lage und der Sauberkeit absolut vertretbar. Besonders praktisch fanden wir es, dass man sein Gepäck vor dem Check-in in Schränken in der Lobby unterbringen kann. Eine Rezeption vor Ort gibt es zwar nicht, aber der telefonische Kontakt hat problemlos funktioniert und alle Fragen wurden freundlich beantwortet.

Cons:

Der Preis ist schon sehr hoch gewesen.

Cancelled 3 hours before check in
Pros:

I made a reservation 11 months in advance and they cancelled my reservation 3 hours before check in
They said they had no other rooms at other locations but when I searched for other wonder locations there were
They told me a refund was on the way but it wasn’t and i had to call to get it done and was on hold for almost 30 minutes

Schöne und große Zimmer, sehr sauber, gute Lage! Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank im Zimmer, einfacher Check-In. Möglichkeit, die Koffer noch nach dem Auschecken im Hotel zu lagern.

Cute and cozy room in the heart of Philly’s Gayborhood
Pros:

Property was easily accessible and in the heart of the city. We also liked how it felt like we had an apartment (high ceilings and spacious) even though it was a hotel. With the digital key it was easy to access without the need of a concierge or staff member.

Molto comodo il deposito bagagli. La camera era spaziosa e anche il bagno molto ampio. Nella hall c’era uno scaffale con posate e bicchieri, utile per avere l’essenziale. Presenza dell’ascensore molto apprezzata.

Cons:

La pulizia era da migliorare: le lenzuola erano macchiate e il piatto doccia sporco e rovinato. Nella doccia c’erano dei contenitori vuoti in acciaio per il sapone che sporgevano, risultando pericolosi. L’aria condizionata era molto rumorosa, le finestre bloccate non permettevano di far cambiare l’aria e la stanza risultava piuttosto rumorosa, soprattutto di notte, nonostante i tappi per le orecchie forniti.
