Pros:

Great location for us, near Howard smith wharves and 7minute walk from the train station. Room was clean and check in was quick and easy. 7eleven and coffee shop near the lobby.

Expensive comfortable Stay

Location was great, staff were lovely, beds were comfy

Cons:

Value for money it was nothing special, I had believed i booked a room with a spa bath and balcony off the lounge however I must have misread which was disappointing. As I had told my partner we could relax in a spa when we got there, then I looked stupid. The bathroom was outside the bedroom down the hallway. It was nice but not Wow like I wanted for my partners Birthday.

Completely different apartment than advertised in the ad was not renovated completely different colour of furniture and smelly and old and quite frankly disgusting I’m not happy that I’ve paid what I have for it I have cancelled it I asked for Free and have been charged the full amount for two nights I would like a refund for something to work out something because it’s not fair

Excellent would stay there again.
Pros:

All Reception staff were very helpful and polite. Location was great short easy walk for breakfast and restaurants. Room was super comfortable and clean.

Cons:

A clothes rack to hang washing on that couldn't go in the drier.

A Summer Business Stay
Pros:

Despite the hotel beginning to show signs of ageing, it is well located and well within easy walking distance of many local facilities.
The hotel staff are very professional and courteous and the facilities provided are reasonable, Gym, Sauna, Pool.
