The location is close to where we wanted to sightsee. The peace and quiet setting was ideal for us.

Overall had an okay experience!
Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and well presented The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, making checkin easy and enjoyable.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a strong unpleasant smell in the hallway that seemed to drift into my room. I mentioned this to the staff but I felt my concern wasn't taken very seriously and was somewhat brushed off. Aside from this issue, the property was not well maintained and clean. If the odour problem is addressed and guest concerns are handled more attentively, it would greatly improve the overall experience.

Best place to stay in Brisbane
Pros:

Wonderful location, staff and rooms. Great amenities and view from the room. We got upgraded upon check in which was a nice addition

Wont be staying again or recommending it to others.
Pros:

The location was great. We were at an event at Customs House, so the location was perfect.

Cons:

I made the booking for my husband and I and my husband struggled to get access to the room. He had dropped me at the hairdresser on the way and so was checking in alone. It took a great deal of convincing for them to let him in the room. This was not a great start. Rather than sharing the amazing things or features of the property, we were confronted with all the things we CANT do and what all the rules are. It certainly wasnt a pleasant experience. It did the job, but we definitely wont be staying again. Way too hard.
