Would stay again
Pros:

The location of this hotel is second to none. Plenty of eating and shopping options. Easy access to trains and city ferries.
The staff, especially Sharmaine were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate a room change.

Cons:

There was construction going on in the hotel as it is also a residential property, our first room was impacted by noise, however the staff were more than happy to have us change rooms, in fact we had an even better view.
I couldn't get the internet to work on the tv so couldn't access streaming services in the evening. Not the end of the world for us.
The shower in our second bathroom didn't work, but we were able to use the ensuite shower, so not a big deal.

Horrible, I’ve stayed at $30 hostels Better than that piece of crap

No body wash
No coffee machine
Air con had mould and made me sick
No milk, amenities or instant coffee / tea offered

Convenient location, safe and secure, clean, comfortable stay

If beds were little more comfortable (softer ) that’s where we would stay everytime we go up
Pros:

Was clean, roomy, staff was very friendly and helpful and close to everything I needed dodnt have to drive around we only needed to walk. The view was amazing

Cons:

The only problem we had were beds were too hard woke up with really sore backs and already suffer with back problems

Really enjoyed it - would have loved to stay more than one night!
Pros:

I booked a river view apartment and was lucky to be on 47th floor with a spectacular view over the Brisbane River and surrounds. The staff were very friendly and wished me a happy birthday :) The balcony and the apartment itself was clean and spacious. The location was very good - easy to walk to many places of interest and to dinner.

Cons:

Not much apart from there was no water in the ice cubes (in the freezer) for ice for our drinks. We were unable to get ice from the Oaks as it was not available. Very small detail, but I was after some ice to cool my birthday celebration drinks which we enjoyed on the balcony the afternoon we arrived

Guttered we didn’t make the most of the room but was happy with the cleanliness and space overall.
Pros:

The view of the room we were given. The space is amazing esp for just a couple.

Cons:

Bathroom lighting was abit too dull for me to use the mirror for makeup reasons so could recommend better lighting in bathroom otherwise nothing else everything else was good as far as our use.
