Cons:

We stayed on a Saturday night in June, the night after a huge storm that had occurred the night before. The power was out throughout the entire town, but we were told we couldn't check in until it was on again. We were finally able to check in around 10:00 pm that evening. We woke up and opened the curtains, and our view was horrible; it was a utility mess. and such an eyesore. I did take pictures, and my family couldn't believe it. We were very disappointed. We then went downstairs to have the included continental breakfast, and there wasn't anything left. The staff at the front desk said they had to throw it all away because of no power the day before. We were not compensated for anything, and it was a very disappointing, unenjoyable experience. I understand that it was because of the storm, but they could have discounted something for the horrible stay.

The relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and exceptional cleanliness made my stay very enjoyable over New Year's.

Cons:

Signage to the ice machine on the third floor was confusing. Mattresses were not overly comfortable.

Pros:

The whole building is really cool, the beds were very comfy, food and drinks at the restaurant was good, the hot tub was great on a cold winter day so was the sauna and the ice bath was a nice touch right outside the sauna.

Cons:

I do wish that there was a bathtub in our room and the rooms was very small other than that or stay was great will definitely be coming back

Pros:

Lovely location and close to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy. Staff was great. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Parking can be tough. Although there was a wedding there so that was probably part of the reason.

All in all it was a wonderful experience and I will be back with the pup!
Pros:

The breakfast was just right to start the day! The 502 restaurant being attached was a plus too!

Cons:

The sink didn’t have the plunger….and the tub by the drain had rust.
