Clean comfortable and very warm and friendly service
Pros:

Great experience at check in and every other person we met also made eye contact and greeted us. For what it is, is great - spacious and clean room, nice pool and hot tub. Don’t know if I will be back to Hamilton again but if I am, I will being staying here. Very comfortable hotel and easily the best option in town from what I have seen.

Pros:

The staff was so kind and helpful and they went above and beyond when we asked for an extra blanket or pillow. They were also able to upgrade us to a better room to accommodate our kids. The breakfast was delicious, all of my family went back for seconds. Great assortment! The little patio area overlooking the pond/lake was great to watch the sunset.

Cons:

The place itself could use a little makeover but overall it was great.

Was comfortable, clean, friendly and beautiful views.
Pros:

The Bitterroot is in a beautiful location. All staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely and had alot of choice. This is the second time I have stayed here and will be back again when I go to visit family.
