Great location, close to everything you want to see. Beautiful pool area overlooking the water. Great little touches.
The only thing we didn’t like was that they had full size beds instead of queen beds. The room was spacious and could definitely accommodate 2 queen beds. We have a family of 4 and cannot fit into 2 full beds. We had to get a rollaway which fit well in the spacious room but queen beds were what I thought we had booked.
食事が非常に良かったです。
Fantastic location. Service overall is great and in line with other 4S properties. Coffee & snacks are available in the lobby. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious.
Everything was perfect love the pool ,spa, Resturant the room
I think the food in the Resturant could be better it was ok. The burger was very good.
Tony was absolutely amazing! We had an incredible experience.
Nothing
Me cobraron una noche de mas, debí iniciar una disputa de cargo con American Express
As always with any of the Four seasons properties, staffs were exceptionally friendly. I had dinner at the Goldfinch Tavern on the 1st floor, and it was amazing.
The room was spacious and the shower was great.
I wish the pool was a bit bigger, but overall, lived up to the expectation.
I've always stayed at The Four Seasons. I love The Four Seasons anywhere in the United States. The Seattle location is especially beautiful.
It's clean room,but wasn't comforted as expectation,
also compare with room price...
I’ve just completed a road trip from Colorado to Oregon via Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and Washington State. We found generally that the standard of accommodation wasn’t great and that it felt quite expensive for us with our British pounds and they weren’t particularly good value for money in general, I say this to put my review in some context. We really enjoyed our experience at The Four Seasons in Seattle. We didn’t be grudge a single penny that we spent on our stay there and it was actually a highlight of the trip.
We liked the design of the hotel. We had a corner room looking over the pool towards Puget sound. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Everything worked the bath was amazing. Probably the biggest BATH that I’ve ever been in my life -almost square and incredibly deep surrounded by marble. It was fantastic.
The food at breakfast was delicious even though I generally only had yoghurt, granola and fruit my husband made the most of the variety on offer and was having eggs Benedict with crab, French toast et cetera.
The design of the pool was very good in that it was on the fourth floor which meant it wasn’t the sort of area that members of the public would be coming in and using for meetings or having meals. It felt quiet and private, being overlooked only by hotel bedrooms which we really liked. We spent one afternoon just sitting facing the water on the sunbed, and soaking up the September sunshine which was very welcome after our fortnight of driving and constantly changing hotels. I have stayed in quite a lot of four seasons And I can’t quite put my finger on what it was about the Seattle hotel but I think I enjoyed it more than any other four seasons as I’ve been to. I think it’s probably the design aspect and how smart and fresh everything looked compared to older properties perhaps The staff were great and we had had no complaints. Just book it.
Lovely hotel, as you would expect from the Four Seasons and staff were polite, friendly and helpful - again as you would expect.
Great location for exploring the city but a little on the noisy side so, take your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
Five stars need far more amenities. This is not it. You are paying double for location. Great for rich and not so great if below rich…..but very much loved location.
Very close to everything. Staffs are super friendly and helpful
Spa and dining experience was great. Room was clean and well appointed. Just what I'd expect from a Four Seasons property.
Before we left for Seattle, Ryan, the concierge, was very helpful. I asked if there was a daily newspaper & he said there was not but that I could access one online. It was not really that important so I moved on to discuss dinner reservations, etc. The next day Ryan emailed me to tell me I was going to be getting 3 daily newspapers delivered to the room at no charge. I really didn’t need it but it was a nice touch. The concierge also made good sightseeing / activity recommendations. I used the American Express Fine Hotels reservation & did not get an upgrade or the early check in & I usually get both at Rosewood but it ended up being for the best because the two bedroom room I was wanting for the upgrade had a pool view & my room had a water view which we preferred. I was initially offered a 4th floor room & voiced my disappointment on the low floor, no early check in & no upgrade. Since our room was not ready we went for a drink nearby & while we were waiting the front desk sent a text & asked if I’d like to wait an hour longer for a higher floor. I said yes and it was GREAT! The complementary hotel car was nice- they took us to the original Nordstrom because I forgot my eye cream. All valet personnel are amazing. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in since my last visit to another Four Seasons hotel… The food was great in the hotel bar!! The pool is super fun with great views. They do allow people to hold chairs for the entire day with their belongings on them and the other hotels we frequent do not tolerate that behavior. There is a CVS/ Target two blocks away which is convenient. The guest services manager (Gun Kang) sent champagne & beer one day with the nicest note after a paint smell invaded from the residences above (would love to live up there) & he was very genuine as well. He really was the gem at the hotel. The car service they book for you from the airport was convenient and made it easy. Had one great driver and one not great one but they do not work for the Four Seasons, they just hire them. We LOVED the view from the room & the pool. Convenient location. Housekeeping did a great job & seemed surprised with cash tips. Will be back for sure.
