We stayed here in Feb 2026, and the hotel is undergoing a renovation until April/May-- it is being very poorly managed, so heads up to those looking to travel there now.
The pros were great - terrific staff (from the valet to restaurant servers to front desk) . The hotel is clean, modern, and pretty. The rooms are well-appointed and very comfortable (though the queen beds are really large twin beds).
The location is fantastic - you can walk to Pike Place Market, and the views are terrific.
The problem was that when we booked the rooms and checked in, the only mention of the renovation was about the spa. We were traveling with an elderly couple, so we wanted a property with a restaurant and bar on site. It was bizarre - they were not letting hotel guests walk into the bar. You had to reserve a spot at the bar which no one could tell us how to do - not the front desk and not even the bar staff. They were also being really strange about seating hotel guests in the restaurant. We felt sorry for the staff who were tasked with this rude behavior. It was 4:30pm on a Saturday, and our group of 5 (three middle-aged adults and an elderly couple) was turned away because the bar couldn't accommodate us. Yet we watched the bartender behind the bar doing nothing but dry glasses in an empty bar with no guests. Getting into the restaurant was more difficult than getting into the hot clubs in NY in my 20s. It was not the level of hospitality you would expect from a Four Seasons. We wanted a nice, quiet bar and restaurant-- that's one of the reasons we booked the hotel. For the staff to mention nothing at check-in or help guests with other accommodations was really disappointing. So beware when considering this hotel for Spring 2026.
Great location, close to everything you want to see. Beautiful pool area overlooking the water. Great little touches.
The only thing we didn’t like was that they had full size beds instead of queen beds. The room was spacious and could definitely accommodate 2 queen beds. We have a family of 4 and cannot fit into 2 full beds. We had to get a rollaway which fit well in the spacious room but queen beds were what I thought we had booked.
食事が非常に良かったです。
Fantastic location. Service overall is great and in line with other 4S properties. Coffee & snacks are available in the lobby. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious.
Everything was perfect love the pool ,spa, Resturant the room
I think the food in the Resturant could be better it was ok. The burger was very good.
Tony was absolutely amazing! We had an incredible experience.
Nothing
Me cobraron una noche de mas, debí iniciar una disputa de cargo con American Express
As always with any of the Four seasons properties, staffs were exceptionally friendly. I had dinner at the Goldfinch Tavern on the 1st floor, and it was amazing.
The room was spacious and the shower was great.
I wish the pool was a bit bigger, but overall, lived up to the expectation.
I've always stayed at The Four Seasons. I love The Four Seasons anywhere in the United States. The Seattle location is especially beautiful.
It's clean room,but wasn't comforted as expectation,
also compare with room price...
I’ve just completed a road trip from Colorado to Oregon via Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and Washington State. We found generally that the standard of accommodation wasn’t great and that it felt quite expensive for us with our British pounds and they weren’t particularly good value for money in general, I say this to put my review in some context. We really enjoyed our experience at The Four Seasons in Seattle. We didn’t be grudge a single penny that we spent on our stay there and it was actually a highlight of the trip.
We liked the design of the hotel. We had a corner room looking over the pool towards Puget sound. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Everything worked the bath was amazing. Probably the biggest BATH that I’ve ever been in my life -almost square and incredibly deep surrounded by marble. It was fantastic.
The food at breakfast was delicious even though I generally only had yoghurt, granola and fruit my husband made the most of the variety on offer and was having eggs Benedict with crab, French toast et cetera.
The design of the pool was very good in that it was on the fourth floor which meant it wasn’t the sort of area that members of the public would be coming in and using for meetings or having meals. It felt quiet and private, being overlooked only by hotel bedrooms which we really liked. We spent one afternoon just sitting facing the water on the sunbed, and soaking up the September sunshine which was very welcome after our fortnight of driving and constantly changing hotels. I have stayed in quite a lot of four seasons And I can’t quite put my finger on what it was about the Seattle hotel but I think I enjoyed it more than any other four seasons as I’ve been to. I think it’s probably the design aspect and how smart and fresh everything looked compared to older properties perhaps The staff were great and we had had no complaints. Just book it.
Lovely hotel, as you would expect from the Four Seasons and staff were polite, friendly and helpful - again as you would expect.
Great location for exploring the city but a little on the noisy side so, take your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
Very close to everything. Staffs are super friendly and helpful
Five stars need far more amenities. This is not it. You are paying double for location. Great for rich and not so great if below rich…..but very much loved location.
Spa and dining experience was great. Room was clean and well appointed. Just what I'd expect from a Four Seasons property.
