Pros:

Overall, the property was decent, and I felt the price matched the quality of the hotel. The staff was super friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I also appreciated how close the hotel was to local eateries, bars, and the major event I was attending at the NYSE. With a few minor updates, I would stay here again.

Cons:

One morning, I attempted to take a shower and the water would not warm up, which was frustrating. Housekeeping provided hand towels and bath towels, but no washcloths, and since I was in a hurry, I had to use a hand towel. The curtains or blinds were very sheer, which made me feel uncomfortable as a woman, and they also appeared to need cleaning. Additionally, the decor and furnishings could use some updating.

Damp, cramped and uncomfortable
Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

The whole room was dark, damp and smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals. Every surface and soft furnishing felt damp to touch, to the point where the carpet felt wet underfoot. I mentioned this to the front desk and was met with indifference. The AC was very noisy and appeared to make no tangible difference to the room temperature. I ended up checking out at 7am as I couldn’t bear to spend any longer in the room.

Pros:

Achei muito pequena para acomodar 4 pessoas em duas camas de casal. Não havia espaço de circulação ou onde abrir malas.

Cons:

- Pequena para duas camas
- Toalhas sujas e manchadas
- Algumas toalhas esfarrapadas.
- Falta de máquina de gelo (tínhamos que descer e solicitar na recepção e recebíamos apenas um pequeno saco).
- Falta de Gelo (acabava e não havia alternativa).
- Balde de gelo não era térmico (gelo virava água rápido)
- Água cortesia acabou em um dia da hospedagem.

Good for what I needed. Location was fantastic. Will stay again for business

Restaurant was closed. Small grab and go breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

More amenities. I needed ibuprofen and there wasn’t any to buy. Had to ask front desk to get me ice. No a available ice machine
