Pros:

The front desk lady is nice

Cons:

There were huge cockroaches in the lobby area. They stepped on it and said the building was not affected by the roaches.

Location was best very near to downtown

Cons:

No accommodation for basic requests like electric kettle as we are vegetarian and were dependent on out ready to heat food which required boiling water.
After repeated requests we were not provided and struggles a lot. No milk powder given for coffes despite repeated requests. Also, afterong 14 hrs flight we requested for 1 hr before check in, we were strongly denied and we were at pripertt since 11 am fully tired and exhausted byt no accommodation fkr this. We saw many people checking out, still ni effort to provide us early check in despite our situation

STay was good and comfortabvle but rent charged was more and expect refund immediately.
Pros:

Location of the Hotel was perfect.
Room was very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

We were overcharged @USD 1409 while the agreed rent was USD 1145 for 4 nights.
The invoice mentioned wrong credit of USD1334 in place of charged amount of USD 1409.
We were told to wait at least 3 days plus to get the refund amount.

We want refund of USD 264 ASAP.

So devastated with the room and they did not do anything especially I have health issue (asthma)

Our room was badly smell cigarette. Toilet issue clogged, We called by 6am the operator answered 8am maintenance will come, is that serious you need to wait to fix it.

LA UBICACION MUY BUENA

Cons:

EL ALOJAMIENTO NO TENIAN COBIJAS ADICIONALES Y NOS HOSPEDAMOS EN TEMPORADA FRIA, pase muy mala noche por el frio. El muchacho del Front Desk en la noche muy poco amable NO podía resolver ningún problema, y se dirigía a los huespedes de manera poco amable. Las sabanas estaban rotas.

Pros:

Very central location, comfy beds

Cons:

The room was too small for four people, there was no space for luggage. The AC didn't work and there was no oxygen in the room and the windows couldn't be opened. The staff was unhelpful with check-in. Too expensive for what you get

Quarto bem equipado e muito bem localizado! Pouco isolamento sonoro!

A localização é fantástica e as dimensões do quarto são bastante boas para a cidade!
Gostei da cama e restantes comodidades.
Os funcionários foram impecáveis!
Não reservamos com pequeno almoço incluído mas havia opção de pagar no local.
Ofereceram-nos águas todos os dias.

Cons:

É uma cidade muito barulhenta e o quarto onde eu fiquei não tinha bom isolamento sonoro. Acordei várias vezes durante as noites com buzinas, ambulâncias e por aí.
Se não tiver sono leve, não é um problema!

It was adequate for two nights, but I will not be a repeat visitor.

Location was good

Cons:

The lock on our door did not work well - had trouble getting into our room. Hotel lobby very small. Rooms very small. Hotel felt shabby.
