I am happy with the overall experience.
Pros:

The room was spacious, well equipped and clean. We were happy with the balcony as well. The location was excellent, which is why we booked this hotel and breakfast was very good. The staff at the restaurant was exceptional. Even the cleaning staff were very nice.

Cons:

The mattress was not so comfortable. There was one man at the front desk who was not very courteous. We ended up paying for breakfast on the 1st day because we did not get the information about collecting vouchers before going to the breakfast room.

Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado (wall street) , la habitación me pareció perfecta, con TV y un buen baño. Las instalaciones las vi bien , como si recientemente le hubieran hecho arreglos

We had an enjoyable stay and enjoyed the convenience and location of the hotel to the attractions we were interested in.
Pros:

It was very convenient to restaurants and attractions that we planned to see on our trip

Cons:

I felt like our room was not as clean as it could have been. It looked like the bathroom floors were not mopped, and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and it smelled like smoke.

I had no free access to to my room the entire stay. Maintenance never fixed the door lock so my card would never work.

fine, was okay although a bit pricey for what it was but what isn't in NYC nowadays.
