Very disappointed
Pros:

I liked the staff waffle house next door!

Cons:

There is NO hot breakfast or any breakfast! There were drug users and prostitutes! Our air conditioner was leaking water, severely! Staff tried to help but to no avail! DO NOT PAY MORE FOR THAN WHAT YOU ARE STAYING FOR! THEY CLAIM TO GIVE REFUNDS BUT YOU ARE AT A WAR AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.

A good night's rest
Pros:

I appreciated the welcoming and accommodating staff the most. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel valued throughout my stay. I also enjoyed getting a good night's sleep in a comfortable room, and the weekend continental breakfast was a pleasant bonus. It's encouraging to see the improvements under the new management, and I look forward to seeing how the property continues to grow.

The property is still in the process of being updated, so there are a few areas where cleanliness and overall appearance could be improved. That said, the new management seems committed to making positive changes, and I believe the hotel will continue to improve over the coming months.

They were able to accommodate me with my modifications It was clean and smell good also quiet. Staff friendly and professional.

Pros:

It was easy to find and inexpensive, which was the priority for the night. Room was reasonably clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

It needs some attention. It looks like it has not been updated in years. Building in front full of broken windows and other unidentifiable items.
