Bah c’est comme ça !
Pros:

L’emplacement, le charme du bâtiment, l’accueil de l’hôtesse.

Cons:

Nous avons été réveillé par des odeurs de cigarettes, avons été contraint d’allumer la Clim pour ne plus avoir cette odeur. En vain.
Le matin la réceptionniste nous a bien confirmé que l’hôtel était non fumeur, que cela devait donc être un client qui fumait à la fenêtre. Avec pour conclure un « c’est comme ça »… lapidaire.

Pros:

l'hôtel est chargé d'histoire et magnifique. Il est idéalement placé et très calme. Le personnel est sympathique.

Cons:

je trouve que la chambre est un peu chère pour ce qu'elle est. La soit-disant vue sur la citadelle n'est réelle sans doute qu'à partir du 2ème étage, quand les arbres ont perdu leurs feuilles et en se tordant le cou. On est loin d'un 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est basique.

Wunderschönes Hotel im alten Stil, schöne Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und gediegen, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, das Personal hilfreich

Cons:

Der Zimmerfernseher hat nicht funktioniert, in das Internet konnte man sich nicht einloggen.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war für eine Übernachtung Voraussetzung und erwies sich als bestens. Zu Fuss alles gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeit im Haus. Das Zimmer zu angemessenem Preis für eine Übernachtung geräumig genug, sehr sauber, begehbare Dusche.
Das Frühstück war großzügig im Angebot.
Wir würden wiederkommen, weil es auch eine sympathische Stadt ist, würden dann ein ruhigeres Zimmer wählen.

Sehr schönes Grand Hotel, tolles Ambiente und Empfangsraum; sehr gute Lage zur Altstadt, sicherer Abstellraum für Fahrräder

Der Frühstücksraum war nicht Grand Hotel gemäss, eher steril.
Frühstück nicht sehr liebevoll..

Sehr schön wir kommen wieder!

Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr gut.
Zimmer war sauber hat ein AC war angenehm kühl gewesen.
