Amazing value for a one night stay. Comfortable beds , generous breakfast.
Pros:

Extremely good value. Comfortable room for 4 with comfortable beds, crisp linen and towels. Facilities are a bit tired, but lovely staff, generous breakfast.

Staff were very helpful and happy
Pros:

It was in a good position for our venue

Cons:

The rooms were very warm , no hot water or shower gel. Went down for breakfast at 9 o’clock not a lot of choice or items re stocked.

To be in a high tourist area it was not what you would expect.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and location was good for where I needed to go.

Cons:

Not being told in advance there was no evening meal we had a choice of pizza or panini. I asked for a cheese and ham panini but there was no ham so had salami instead the sandwich was slightly off cold. Breakfast in the morning was ok just not cooked to my liking the bacon looked like it was just under grill for 2 seconds. The shower in the morning was cold even up at full temperature and the bedding wasn’t clean which the staff did change straight away.

Good value short stay.
Pros:

Very close to Kendal station.
Also within easy walking distance of the town centre.
The single room was warm clean and comfortable.
Staff pleasant and helpful.

Lovely hotel and would highly recommend the Lakeland Kendal Hotel
Pros:

It was central to everywhere within Kendal. Lovely hotel, staff were so helpful, kind and very pleasant to everyone. Room I stayed in, 117, lovely room, bed very comfortable, it was spotlessly clean. Bathroom lovely and shower great and powerful. Thoroughly loved my stay here and will definitely come back to stay.

A great location just by Kendal railway station, great breakfast pleasant room and staff.
Pros:

The room is a good size , clean neat and tidy and there is also a lift to go up to the room. The breakfast was for an extra four ponds but was well worth it. I got served a full english breakfast.

Cons:

I wanted to stay an extra day but the price increase by 60% that put me off. Also one needs to climb an extra set of steps to reach the room from the lift and there is no lock inside the room to secure room from the inside.

Pros:

Comfortable room. Friendly welcome. Properly lit for reading and working in the room.

Cons:

The hotel was quiet it being midweek in winter and maybe that’s why the choice on the buffet was a bit limited.

Great value stay
Pros:

The staff were absolutely brilliant.
Location was absolutely spot close to the center of Kendal and where I needed to be say about 500m if not less
Bed was very comfortable
Breakfast was spot on
Room and bathroom very clean

Cons:

Parking was an small issue.
Small bed but comfy.
Shower was pulsating hot and cold mainly cold but a minor issue
