Room was great, went with the deluxe room, big and spacious, very clean, housekeeping 10pts.
Shower was excellent, good view onto the golf course.
Evening meal and breakfast was good, excellent staff, all round good stay.

Das Personal war bemüht und sehr freundlich. Das hat ein wenig die Minuspunkte ausgeglichen. Der Garten und Aussenbereich sind ansprechend.
Man musste Zimmerreinigung bestellen, da nicht täglich gereinigt wurde. Extrem kleines Waschbecken, enges Bad ohne Ablagemöglichkeit.
Das dunkle Dekor im Restaurant und Bar.
Das Frühstücksbüffet ohne Käse oder Wurstauswahl, und damit langweilig. Alles muss am Tisch bestellt werden und es war ziemlich unübersichtlich, ob der Preis für Continental oder English breakfast im Zimmerpreis inklusiv war, da die Preise unterschiedlich waren. Ein Best Western Plus war es auf keinen Fall, eher ein Minus! Hier muss einiges verbessert werden. Auch kein Zimmersafe in unserem Zimmer und wenn man ins Grüne schauen will statt auf den Parkplatz ist ein Upgrade recht teuer. Auch nicht Behindertengerecht. Ohne Lift und überall Stufen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht wirklich zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sauber und ruhig. Das Personal freundlich. Wenn man für ein paar Nächte eine ruhige Unterkunft sucht, direkt an einem Golfplatz, dann ist es genau das richtige Hotel.

We stayed during one of this summer's heat waves and the lack of air conditioning in the room led to an extremely uncomfortable night's sleep. However, everything else was great.

No air con in bedroom 🥵
The hotel and suite that we stayed in were lovely. The 2 members of staff we met were very friendly. We didn’t use any of the hotel facilities as we were only staying for one night but we loved the view from our room over the golf course.
In general the suite was clean but there were a few cobwebs around.
We visited in the middle of a heatwave. There is no air-conditioning, which I know is the case in lots of hotels, but there wasn’t even a fan provided. Luckily we brought our own but the room was still ridiculously hot and we struggled to sleep.
