Home from home
Pros:

Staff consistently went above and beyond in their kindness, helpfulness and service. Lovely location very pleasant and beautiful grounds. Spotlessly clean. Peaceful environment value for money for sure. One star deducted as unable to access walled garden in my wheelchair and navigation of doors, corridors and outdoor space behind hotel is challenging.

Pros:

My wife, my 5 year old daughter and I stayed one night on easter bank holiday.
was great value. was very clean. and location was great for what we had planned.
the staff were very friendly and helpful during dinner and breakfast.
would stay again. and next time bring my golf clubs!

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Great hotel. Rooms were nice and clean with all the amenities needed. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The lobby has good sitting area to relax facing the golf course. Location is convenient with shops and high street nearby.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The Best Western Centurion was a lovely relaxing stay, so peaceful. The amenities were fantastic. The staff were really friendly, special thank you to Sarah Kitchen staff who was so friendly and kind.

Pros:

Wir sind auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht im Best Western untergekommen. Für uns war es optimal, um von hier aus Bath zu besichtigen und weiter nach Cornwall zu reisen. Der Check-in war sehr schnell und freundlich.

Disappointed
Pros:

Even in April, the rooms overlooking the restaurant, were way too hot with no climate control in the rooms. There was a window to open, but no way to lock it open , so as a single female this was not safe at all as it opened easily wide enough to let someone in.
Finally the restaurant menu needs a make over. The Hope place stinks of frying oil, and that tells you everything about the food. Even the broccoli was dripping in oil??!
One salad on the menu would be very welcome, even in the winter.

Pros:

Use this hotel regularly. Always been satisfied with the service I get. Helpful staff and comfortable accommodation. Normally, only have breakfast but that is always very good. Back again for a couple of nights in May! TY

A few Hiccups
Pros:

We stay frequently at the Centurion hotel, never had a problem but on this occasion the bathroom shaver light did not work and the broadband stopped working after one day and we stayed two nights. Disappointed.

Clean tidy but dated with some safety issues
Pros:

Rooms were clean and tidy comfortable bed, furniture felt dated.
Windows did not have opening restrictors which meant there was a safety issues if someone opened the window also window couldn’t be left open to let in fresh air, no air conditioning also wash basin didn’t have mixer taps and hot water was extremely hot and there was no warning notice
At breakfast there was limited staff
To say this is a best western plus I was disappointed compared to other best western plus hotels
