Too expensive for what it was. Would not stay again.
Pros:

The Breakfast room/space was nice with great views

Cons:

The staff was acting rude and not helpful at all. The facility (expect of the breakfast room) were not in great shape and not at all as nice as the pictures showed. Very disappointing!

Beautiful views, no A/C
Pros:

The views are very nice. Location is good and somewhat walkable to the city center. It is around 10 mins walk which was not a problem for us but there is no proper sidewalk and it's quite uncomfortable/unsafe? to walk after sunset.

Cons:

You can see the hotel used to be good. However, right now it's quite old and too big for the staff that maintains it. You can see it everywhere, reception, cleaning, general state of the rooms. When we checked in and entered the room, we immediately noticed 2 room fans (why would you need those in hotel with A/C in the amenities list?) You need those because A/C is not cooling at all, either it has no cooling liquid or it is turned off centrally, who knows. Our room did not change temperature at all after full night of being on (room temp remained at 26,5C and A/C was set to 19C).
It is really a shame, this hotel would have been really good place to stay if maintained properly. But until then, I would not recommend.

Una pena que esté en estas condiciones el hotel ya que las vistas son preciosas. Al parecer cuando entras parece estar todo impecable ya que nuestra estaba reformada, pero está lleno de moscas y mosquitos , ya que el hotel está situado en la naturaleza deberían de poner mosquiteros en la ventana… Solo nos pusieron un par de pantuflas para una persona y normalmente en las habitaciones de dos camas se ponen dos, no hay albornoces, el olor en si del hotel es horrible huele a cerrado ,deberían de poner ambientadores y no limpiar con productos tan fuertes ya que el olor de ellos resulta asfixiantes. Por la calidad- precio no merece la pena , el desayuno termina a las 09:30 por lo tanto no puedes descansar si no te lo pierdes… Los remaches del cabezal de la cama llenos de polvo, el frigorífico de la habitación sin enchufar las bebidas de dentro calientes , las cortinas sucias, el colchón sucio, mosquitos muertos y pegados en la pared, las papeleras del baño y habitación sin bolsas de basura, el papel higiénico parecen servilletas de bar y también se escucha absolutamente todo , ruidos del pasillo , de la habitación de al lado… todo. Lo único bueno el personal del hotel muy agradables y unas vistas increíbles si tu habitación tiene la ventana hacia el lago.

Localização e vista. Simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Hotel que claramente já foi bom. Está velho, fraca relação qualidade preço e todos os serviços ficam aquém do esperado: pequeno-almoço simples e com pouca qualidade, piscina (tanque) e um WiFi com fraca qualidade. Mesmo dentro do quarto, a casa de banho tinha bolor no teto e as camas não eram particularmente confortáveis.

Infelizmente, experiência a não repetir...

Séjour très decevant. Avons été victime d’une supercherie inacceptable!

La localisation près du lac et de la résidence d’été des Papes. Les déjeuners sur la terrasse.

L’hôtel nous a informé seulement à notre arrivée que nous ne pourrions pas avoir accès pendant 2 jours sur 3 aux salles à manger pour le midi et le soir pendant notre séjour étant donné que ces endroits avaient été loués en exclusivité à des tiers. L’hôtel ne nous a offert en plus aucune compensation pour ce vol de privilège légitime pour lequel nous avions payé. Enfin, sans avertissement préalable, nous n’avons pas pu nous relocaliser adéquatement ailleurs même avec l’aide de Booking.com.

מלון ממוקם היטב קרוב למרכז העתיק בגונדלופו. המלון מאוד מיוחד נכס תקופתי. מאוד נקי והצוות מאוד אדיב ומקצועי. יש בריכה להתרעננות על הגג ונוף מדהים. מומלץ לקחת חדר עם חלון לאגם. מאוד שקט ונוף נפלא. תמורה גבוהה למחיר.

הריהוט מרופט. החדרים מאוד בסיסיים וקטנים. ארוחת בוקר לא לטעמי מבחינת איכות וטריות המזון. בעיה נוספת לאלרגים פגשנו המון דבורים גם במלון וגם במרכז העיר

Great stay in a wonderful location of Castel Gandolfo and the Lazio area.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel close to the town of Castel Gandolfo. Roof top pool which was great with the high temps this Summer. Great aircon, beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were recently renovated.

Rilassante e piacevole
Pros:

La struttura è meravigliosa nuova e tenuta benissimo super pulita e la pozione eccellente per fare tutto a piedi, lo staff molto educato gentile e sempre disponibile sopratutto anche la visto sul lago stupenda

L’unica cosa che avrei da dire è solo la piscina che ci sarebbe da ristrutturare
