Posizione vicino al centro di Castel Gandolfo, bellissima la vista sul lago (consiglio la camera con vista per ammirare il lago all’alba), camera pulita e insonorizzata. Buona colazione, anche prodotti senza glutine per chi ne avesse necessità.
Staff cordiale e disponibile.
La struttura è nel complesso molto bella.

Cons:

Parcheggi gratis disponibili ma non proprio agevoli se si ha una macchina grande.

Pros:

Struttura meravigliosa, bellissima esternamente ma anche internamente. Vizza mozzafiato sul lago, camere e bagno accoglienti e abbastanza spaziosi. Personale gentile e professionale. Sala colazioni superiore tranquilla ed elegante con vista sul lago. Sala inferiore sempre vista sul lago ma dotata anche di un ampio terrazzo che si affaccia sul lago. Colazione abbandonante sia dolce che salata. La proprietaria molto cordiale e simpatica, sempre disponibile nell elargire consigli su ristoranti o attrazioni nei dintorni. Posto ideale per rilassarsi ma anche divertirsi. Sala relax con privacy e tranquillità . La consiglio molto. Siamo stati benissimo.

Cons:

Uniche 3 pecche direi la chiave della camera troppo grande e ingombrante (avrà il suo perché) ma davvero poco estetica vista L eleganza dell hotel, seconda cosa: L accesso alla struttura, salita ripida e stretta e piccolo dislivello che conduce al parcheggio 😰 ascensori un po stretti.

Cons:

Pareti sottilissime di conseguenza insonorizzazione inesistente, sentivamo tutto ciò che avveniva nella camera di fianco alla nostra e nel corridoio (essendo anche la porta sottilissima e vecchia). Arredo vecchio e un po' bruttino, sul letto solo una coppia di cuscini e un lenzuolo. Colazione deludente, bevande calde da distributore automatico, cornetti e Pan au Chocolat surgelati (di bassa qualità).

Pros:

Bellissima posizione e consiglio vivamente la stanza vista lago. La mattina fare colazione con la vista lago è splendido.

Cons:

Parcheggio un po' ripido, inoltre, dover pagare una bottiglia d'acqua 2€ quando invece in altre strutture viene data in omaggio mi sembra poco ospitale. Il materasso del letto non era matrimoniale, ma due letti singoli uniti.

Two of the staff that worked in the bar a male and female were most helpful and always had a smile and were very pleasant. Unfortunately I don't know there names. The rest of the hotel staff need a course in customer service.
