המלון עצמו מריח לא טוב,גם במסדרונות וגם בחדר,החדר היה מלוכלך, יש מלא רעש מבחוץ אין שום סינון של רעש, הטלוויזיה לא עבדה כמו שצריך.
הצוות במלון היה אדיב, שידרג לנו את החדר ממש נעים עם נוף לים. המלון ממש קרוב לחוף והכל בהליכה. מאוד נהננו.
התמירה למחיר מעולה.אם יהיה טיפה חידוש זה יהיה מושלם
Удобное расположение, приветливый персонал чисто и аккуратно.
Нельзя полностью затемнить окно шторой и мягкие матрасы (но это личное мнение)

בהעדר מעלית מבאס לסחוב מזוודה. גם קומה 1 היא אחרי 14-15 מדרגות. אחת מרגלי הספה בחדר היתה שבורה.

Location is good
The shower is old, I took a shower and the drain next to the shower was overflowing, the whole shower is flooded with water. There is no full curtain on the windows so you wake up at sunrise. Very slow internet. A pittance for what you get. I definitely won't be back

השירות והדאגה של הצוות (ובמיוחד של אדל) היו מעל ומעבר למצופה.
כל הודעה או בקשה שלי נענתה במהירות וביעילות, עם רצון רב לעזור לי מכל הלב.
החדר שקיבלנו לא היה תואם לתמונות המקוריות של ההזמנה מכיוון ששדרגו אותנו לחדר משופץ.
העובדה ששמו לב לבקשתנו למיטה זוגית (ולא שתי מיטות מחוברות) ושיבצו אותנו בדיוק בחדר המתאים, הייתה משמעותית לנו מאוד, נתן הרגשה של בית מהרגע שנכנסנו.
החדר היה קטן אך מושלם, נקי ומסודר למופת, מרפסת עם נוף משגע לים, פשוט תענוג.
בנוסף, ביקשנו מהצוות כוסות יין ופותחן ובתגובה קיבלנו את הכול בתוספת בקבוק יין על חשבון הבית, וזו הייתה חוויה מקסימה ומרגשת.
התחלנו את האירוח בספא של המלון. היינו ראשונים, ועם זאת כבר החמאם הטורקי וסאונת המלח (שזה ייחודי לבית מלון) היו מחוממים ורק חיכו שנשתמש בהם. כמו כן, חייבת לציין שהעיסוי היה מאלף, פשוט חוויה מומלצת.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked a room with a balcony, and the sea view was absolutely breathtaking. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are very cozy, clean, and well-designed.
