素晴らしい広島旅行になりました！
Pros:

清潔感がありスタッフさん達の対応もよく、なによりラウンジのドリンクサービスが嬉しかったです。
原爆ドーム、折り鶴タワー、広島駅、パルコなども徒歩圏内でアクセス抜群でした。

Cons:

カードキーをもらった時に、大体カードキーケースに部屋番号を書いて頂くことが多いかと思うのですが、カードキーそのまま頂いて部屋番号を忘れてしまいました。ですがすぐに対応していただき、ケースに番号を書いてもらいました。私の場合は必要でしたが、ケースは資源面も考えて必要ない人にはなくても良いので環境面に配慮されているなと思いました。

Pros:

部屋を含め全てに清潔感を感じた
朝食の際にも、フロアスタッフの方が落ちていた氷をサッと拾う姿や赤魚のしゃぶしゃぶの台のクロスの乱れを客の邪魔にならない様手際よく整えていた姿を見た際、清潔感を感じたスタッフの皆さんの基本行動にあると感心した。素晴らしい👍
