Great hotel, wonderful facilities and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff, facilities, room, parking area are all excellent. The free drinks was great and having the Sankeien Garden next door is so great. I would love to stay at this hotel again in my next visit.

結果オーライ！
Pros:

朝食が品数が特別多い訳ではないけど…一つ一つが丁寧に作ってあるのが伝わるくらいおいしかったです
ウェルカムドリンクのサービスも嬉しかったし、美味しかったです。

Cons:

8階のスタイリッシュツインベッドルームにソファベッドで3人で泊まりましたが、やはり狭かったです。それと、浴槽にお湯を入れて抜いた時に排水機能が悪いのか…浴槽の外が水浸しになってしまいました。直ぐに引きましたが床が濡れてて、トイレをするにも足が濡れて嫌でした。なので、後の2人はシャワーだけでお風呂に入りました。

Pros:

1階ロビーでフリードリンクがあり
コーヒー、紅茶、ご当地ドリンクのチー坊(これは大人気でした)とイカ天やホテルメイドのパウンドケーキ(とても美味しい)が楽しめます。
朝食も美味しく、特に出来立ての豚しゃぶが美味しかったです。
客室は経年変化は仕方ないですが、
角部屋だったので、バスタブからの窓か外が眺められて解放感があり、
朝日が清々しかったです。

少し残念な気持ち
Pros:

繁華街に近く飲食店が多かった

Cons:

朝食を予約しましたが朝食会場が狭くかなり並ぶ必要があり次の予定に間に合わない。
３人で宿泊しましたが３人目のベッドがソファベッドで寝心地が悪く料金は３人同じなのに不満が残りました。

It was a very educational trip for my daughter and her family. I have been to Hiroshima many times.
Pros:

We had a great time. The room was clean. The location is very good, handy to go to the shopping mall.
Two of us went to see friends. Others went to the memorial park. Next day all of us went to Miyajima. It is one of my favorite places in Japan.
