Guests may request either a double bed or twin beds, using the comments box on the booking form. However, please note that all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

Please note, that the Spa is open from 10:00 to 20:00 every day. Regulations that apply to access for minors. Children aged 6 and above can access the Spa till the 15th of June 2024. They must always be accompanied by an adult. There will be a lifeguard at the time when children are allowed access.

Fitness Center for members and treatments: Opening hours: 10h - 21h. Guest Fitness Center: Opening hours: Open 24 hours. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance. Please note that the payment is via the payment link ( Redsys ) our reservation department will contact the guest requiring the payment.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Below are the conditions and characteristics of the pets that are allowed In the establishment. Any pet weighing less than 8kg will be welcome.

An additional charge of EUR 40 per pet per day applies, with the concept of a bed for the animal, food and a toy.

The pets that are admitted to the hotel are dogs and cats and are restricted to two animals per room.

The pet will not be able to stay alone in the room.

Documentation of the pet with vaccination must be presented at check-in and deworming in order.

Appropriate behavior of the pet that does not disturb the tranquility of other guests is expected. Pets must always be on a leash in common areas and they will not be able to access the pool or garden areas, the rooftop, the restaurants or the Spa area. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact the accommodations.

All paid with American Express and have a surcharge of 2.3% of the total.

The hotel reserves the right to use the rooftop or any other space within its premises for the occasional hosting of private events. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to minimizing any inconvenience.

Upon arrival at the hotel, a pre-authorization of €300.00 will be made as a deposit to cover any potential damages or incidental charges during the stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Unfreundlich, unmotiviertes Personal, nicht eingearbeitetes Personal, unsaubere Zimmer, ungenaue Reinigung, vieles Defekt, ungepflegt, Hotel braucht ein Update von den Liften, Zimmer, Kalkflecken, abgeschossene Ecken, defekte Möbel, unzuverlässiger Service, für ein fünf Sterne Hotel und den Preis nicht akzeptabel

Coukd have been better
Pros:

Hotel / location was beautiful! However the service at the facilities mainly food extremely slow. Room service was the worst we've ever had waiting 2.5 hours for breakfast after it eventually arrived was shocking ! I was told the hotel would contact us after the booking with some thing complimentary however we haven't recieved anything yet

Great pool area. The rooms need refurbishment
Pros:

Great breakfast and pool area

Cons:

The housekeeping was really poor, sloppy. They left dirty cups and dishes, there were not enough towels for 4 of us. The rooms in general are in need of refurbishment, quite old.

Hotel mit Ecken und Kanten.Designcharakter nur wirklich in der Rooftop spürbar.
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage selber war eher unpersönlich und baufällig.Das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut.Der Pool relativ kalt aber sauber und lud zur Entspannung ein.

Das Personal war eher unfreundlich—-unaufmerksam bis schroff.

Nice mix of tropical and urba vibes, very near to beautiful beaches
Pros:

I’m really glad we booked a Junior Suite — lots of space and amazing views over the bay, the pool, and the gardens full of huge palm trees. All the staff were kind, especially the reception manager, who always had a smile and a very welcoming vibe. The spa was super relaxing, and I was happy it was included. There were many different areas, some with views and others inside the gardens, perfect for chilling and resting. The area of the island is quiet and close to stunning beaches!

Cons:

Nothing in particular I didn’t like, we had a really great time.
