Please note, that the Spa is open from 10:00 to 20:00 every day. Regulations that apply to access for minors. Children aged 6 and above can access the Spa till the 15th of June 2024. They must always be accompanied by an adult. There will be a lifeguard at the time when children are allowed access.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Below are the conditions and characteristics of the pets that are allowed In the establishment. Any pet weighing less than 8kg will be welcome.
An additional charge of EUR 40 per pet per day applies, with the concept of a bed for the animal, food and a toy.
The pets that are admitted to the hotel are dogs and cats and are restricted to two animals per room.
The pet will not be able to stay alone in the room.
Documentation of the pet with vaccination must be presented at check-in and deworming in order.
Appropriate behavior of the pet that does not disturb the tranquility of other guests is expected. Pets must always be on a leash in common areas and they will not be able to access the pool or garden areas, the rooftop, the restaurants or the Spa area. Wat tegen als ik het afzet nr de prijs die we moesten betalen
airco werkte niet. receptie wilde wel meewerken maar chef van de receptie was op geen enkele manier bereid om iets te doen aan het probleem van de niet werkende airco in de kamer. Het was meer dan 30graden daardoor op de kamer.
Daarnaast zitten we nog steeds te wachten op een terugbetaling van kosten die we hebben moeten maken voor het reinigen van kleding nadat een ober een vol glas sangria over een van ons had gegooid.

Love this family hotel! Service is great!
We left a bad review due the the non functioning air conditioning, they had agreed to refund us for 1 night stay when we checked out, we waited months for this and it never came. So, we left a negative review, they have since been in contact asking ask to remove the review in exchange for processing the agreed refund (this was agreed originally with no terms attached).
I would not book to stay here, as they seem to be bribing people to remove any negative reviews, so the online reviews cannot be trusted. There are plenty of other lovely hotels in the area.
The room was big and super comfortable, the pool was very nice and the pool area too
The first night we didn’t had air conditioning and the elevator wasn’t working. The food delicious but not good service in the breakfast. We change room that was nice but I already unpacked so was a little lost of time.

Удобное расположение прям у набережной, несколько бассейнов на любой вкус. Бар на террасе с великолепным видом. Приятный персонал.
По утрам на завтрак периодически выстраивалась очередь, чтоб зайти в ресторан, тк не хватало столов. На данный момент напротив отеля идет большая стройка и некоторые номера смотрят как раз в эту сторону
