Please note, that the Spa is open from 10:00 to 20:00 every day. Regulations that apply to access for minors. Children aged 6 and above can access the Spa till the 15th of June 2024. They must always be accompanied by an adult. There will be a lifeguard at the time when children are allowed access.

Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Below are the conditions and characteristics of the pets that are allowed In the establishment. Any pet weighing less than 8kg will be welcome.

An additional charge of EUR 40 per pet per day applies, with the concept of a bed for the animal, food and a toy.

The pets that are admitted to the hotel are dogs and cats and are restricted to two animals per room.

The pet will not be able to stay alone in the room.

Documentation of the pet with vaccination must be presented at check-in and deworming in order.

Appropriate behavior of the pet that does not disturb the tranquility of other guests is expected. Pets must always be on a leash in common areas and they will not be able to access the pool or garden areas, the rooftop, the restaurants or the Spa area. All paid with American Express and have a surcharge of 2.3% of the total.

The hotel reserves the right to use the rooftop or any other space within its premises for the occasional hosting of private events. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to minimizing any inconvenience.

Good facilities but avoid while construction is ongoing
Pros:

Gorgeous breakfast but construction right outside our window ruined our view and started at 7am every morning including weekends so it was impossible to sleep.

Cons:

Service at the bars was slow, no notifications about construction on site so we could amend or change our plans.

"Unacceptable service: huge delays with check-in and the extra bed was never made."

"Extremely poor organization and communication. We checked in around 1:30 PM and were told the room would be ready in 20 minutes. At 3:10 PM, they told us another 20 minutes. We finally got the room at 4:30 PM, an hour and a half past the official 3:00 PM check-in time.Once inside, the third bed for our 9-year-old son was not made. We requested it, and they promised someone would come in 5 minutes. At 8:00 PM, the bed was still not ready. We complained again, were promised another 5 minutes, and left for dinner. When we returned at 11:30 PM, the bed was still not made. Unacceptable service."

Pros:

Lovely hotel, big spaces, beautiful big rooms, friendly staff. Great location in the marina close to restaurants etc. The adult only roof top pools and bar area were great during the day and cocktails at the Pisco bar of an evening.

Cons:

Although staff were friendly, the service wasn’t what we expected for a five star hotel. The rooftop pool doesn’t open until 11am either, which was surprising and meant taking up space at the family pool and relocating part way through the day.

Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst, zag er verder allemaal erg netjes uit. Mooie kamers, perfecte locatie Om Eularia te ontdekken. Waren er nu maar voor 2 nachten, maar gaan komend jaar terug voor een week. Ontbijt zowel buffet als a la carte te bestellen. Nog niet vaak gezien zo.

Dat we er maar 2 dagen waren.

Pros:

Die Lage und der SPA Bereich sind sehr gut. Viele abwechslungsreiche Becken. Wenige Minuten bis zu allen Restaurants und zum Hafen. Taxis Station sehr nah und daher auch sehr schnell verfügbar. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine Eck Suite gebucht für 3 Personen. Würden es nicht empfehlen zu dritt zu kommen. Das Sofa ist zum schlafen nicht so bequem, ansonsten war das Zimmer top.

Cons:

Dringende Renovierungen sind überall notwendig. Beide Poolbereiche, sowie Zimmer und SPA haben diverse kleinere Mängel. Kaputte Wände, kaputte fließen oder beschädigtes Holz. Nichts gravierendes, aber deutliches potenzial ist vorhanden.

Ein großes Manko: jeden Tag zwischen 6 und 8 Uhr hat die Straßenreinigung an einem
Hydrant Wasser aufgefüllt. Dies war sehr laut und ein ausschlafen nicht möglich.

Stylisches Hotel mit toller Dachterrasse.
Pros:

Sehr stylische und schöne Pools und Gartenanlage. Freundliches Personal. Alles in gutem Zustand. Toller Ausblick vom Rooftop.

Top locatie!
Pros:

De locatie is een top locatie aan de haven. Receptie personeel is heel vriendelijk. Bediening is een stuk minder beleefd. Verder is het ontbijt gewoon prima maar mag de glutenvrije gedeelte wel wat uitgebreider.

Cons:

De bediening op het dakterras en bij het zwembad zijn aan vervanging toe. Verder was ons hotelkamer goed en de schoonmaaksters super behulpzaam. Enkel merk je wel dat er een aantal dingen gedateerd zijn en aan vervanging nodig is.

We hadden de cloud 9 suite en die was groot maar kleiner dan verwacht . Prima kamer maar voor de prijs had ik meer verwacht . Rooftop was uitstekend
