Please note, that the Spa is open from 10:00 to 20:00 every day. Regulations that apply to access for minors. Children aged 6 and above can access the Spa till the 15th of June 2024. They must always be accompanied by an adult. There will be a lifeguard at the time when children are allowed access.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Below are the conditions and characteristics of the pets that are allowed In the establishment. Any pet weighing less than 8kg will be welcome.
An additional charge of EUR 40 per pet per day applies, with the concept of a bed for the animal, food and a toy.
The pets that are admitted to the hotel are dogs and cats and are restricted to two animals per room.
The pet will not be able to stay alone in the room.
Documentation of the pet with vaccination must be presented at check-in and deworming in order.
Appropriate behavior of the pet that does not disturb the tranquility of other guests is expected. Pets must always be on a leash in common areas and they will not be able to access the pool or garden areas, the rooftop, the restaurants or the Spa area. All paid with American Express and have a surcharge of 2.3% of the total.

Good location and nice to have a free spa access and roof top pool.
Property is quite tired, staff are not the most welcoming or attentive and there is quite a bit of noise in the morning.

They put macaroons in our room to welcome us but then charged us for them, the blind between the bathroom and bedroom didn’t fully close

Instalaciones amplias, modernas. Oferta gastronómica y situación muy buenas. Desayuno excelente. Habitación amplia familiar con baño grande y terraza con jacuzzi.
Para niños ofrece sillones cama (en mi caso niños alrededor de 10 años, ya no tan pequeños). Es verdad que son individuales (peor es cuando, aunque grande, hay un único sillón cama) pero creo que es un aspecto muy mejorable, más aún en un hotel de 5 estrellas.
Location is ok and breakfast is very good
The nicest areas, roof top pool and bar, are not allowed with children.
The room was bright, well equipped, and had great views . We looked over the marina and beautiful bay of Sta Eulalia. The breakfast was outstanding and there were lots of options including dairy free which was great. The rooftop at was a real bonus for us and we enjoyed using the space to sit and watch the evening sun drop down behind the mountains. We also ate in the restaurant which was very good although expensive— it was worth paying for the location and views.
We had to request another room as the initial room was terrible. It was a corner room that was completely all curtains with the vanity unit inaccessible. The bed lacked side tables. The air conditioning didn’t work so we moved to another room . In the new room, there were many inconsistencies with housekeeping- some days we had no fresh towels (ie. None left in the room at all, o fresh water and rubbish not attended to.

The staff is pretending to have a promising attitude, yet fail to deliver on any of their promises.
The rooms have not been properly cleaned.
The spa management lacks efficiency in handling inquiries and providing solutions. Additionally, the treatments are overpriced considering the quality of service provided.
