Comfortable but with shortcommings.
Pros:

It is situated on Chevron Island which is lovely. The apartment was spacious and had new tiling since my last stay.

Cons:

Two holes in the walls. I couldn't believe they would give me this apartment. Also there was some debris in both sinks and on the floor, indicating poor cleaning practice.

Nice property, helpful manager, good location.
Pros:

The apartment was self contained, meaning it had a washing machine and dryer (didn’t need the dryer on the Goldy…), and just as importantly, a laundry sink. This is a rate setup.
Underground parking spot with the apartment is very much welcomed.

Cons:

Could have had a little better maintenance. Eg: flywire had a few holes, main sliding door was run down and needed attending to. Kitchen utensils and cupboards could have been a little cleaner as well.

Comfortable
Pros:

The property location was great. We wanted to be out of surfers but close enough to walk.
The pool area was great room was comfortable for what we required. Onsite parking was great but has a low 1.9m clearance so we just made it under.

Cons:

Check in wasn’t the best experience. The reception staff said the manger was in a meeting when we arrived and was reluctant to leave to check us in.
We did receive text messages to check in however I had booked for my MIL to stay with my daughter so was expecting to be able to check in at the hotel.
The room was tidy however not clean as you would expect a hotel room to be. Guests are expected to clean the room upon leaving (which I always do) but you can tell that they don’t dust or clean out the cupboards as there was dust and sticky residue on the surfaces and mirrors. We had to go and buy some new pillows as the ones we were supplied with smelt musky and were flat and the frying pan needs to be replaced as everything just sticks to it and the coating is worn off.
With a good clean, an update of the pillows, kitchen equipment, and training of the receptionist to do check in this would have been a fantastic experience.
In saying that we would stay here again we will be more prepared next time.

Great little stay for a short get away if you’re happy with basic and simple.
Pros:

The pool and BBQ area was great, as was the location with undercover car parking.

Cons:

The property was very dated, the sofa bed was unsafe for sleeping on and they don’t exactly stock the room with basics like teabags, coffee sachets or even toilet paper for the extent of your stay - and then they charge you for replacements.

Great location and facilities
Pros:

Great location close to the main strip for cafes, restaurants etc and close enough to Surfers without the noise and chaos. Loved the pool and spa. Loved the large balcony front and back of apartment

Cons:

Lounge could do with a cover or replacement the black material is peeling off and stuck to you when you sat on it, apart from that everything was great

Great apartment great location just in need of some TLC in the shower area.
Pros:

The location was great. The apartment was comfortable and we'll set up. The bed was very comfortable and the air con was great. The pool is at just the right temperature not too cold. Nice and quiet location and not too far from Surfers just an Uber ride across the bridge.

Cons:

The apartment is looking a bit tired and worn. Cracked tiles in the shower are a worry as it is letting a lot of water under them you can hear it squelching. There is also mould trapped between the glass shower panels that needs to be looked at.
Cleaning was good in the main area and bedroom but the edges along the shower recess and door, the bathroom door near the handle and the soap scum on the internal shower walls need a proper clean.
