Quiet location. Do not book if you have any mobility issues.
Pros:

Good location. Self maintained unit well stocked.

Cons:

No elevator. Too hard to get luggage to room. Too many stairs

Great location, good facilities and very central to lots of activities, would happily come again
Pros:

Great location, not much public transport but very easy to uber everywhere. Pool was great especially with the hot weather and even though I only had a short stay the fact there was a washing machine and dryer I could use was great.

Cons:

The room was a bit noisy, I had to keep windows and doors closed and could still hear my neighbours on the balcony and in the pool but it wasn't awful, facilities were a little dated but everything worked fine and I had everything I needed so not really complaining.

Very happy overall, staff on site were friendly and helpful.
Pros:

I like the ease of getting into the place, the fact that there was a nice pool, the fact that everything was clean.

Cons:

My only criticisms, more cutlery and common kitchen elements would have been handy - rubbish bags, more cooking utensils and pots and pans etc; a coffee table would have been nice for when sitting and watching telly with my laptop or food; and shelving for folded clothes would have been nice, had to leave everything in my suitcase for the whole stay which was a bit frustrating.

Comfortable and homely
Pros:

I liked the location, the pool access, how easy it was to navigate getting in, having access to parking and how close beaches and Main St- Surfer's Paradise was. Some of the sheets and cushions were stained, however this did not make me feel uncomfortable as I could tell sheets and house items were all cleaned.

Cons:

Some kitchen utensils, bowls and cups were a bit dirty or stained but there was dishwashing liquid available and plenty of tea towels so it was easy to sort out ourselves if we needed to.

Good location but apartments a little tired and not very clean
Pros:

The location was great and the help from staff online prior to checking in was helpful and efficient.

Cons:

The apartment needed a good clean and the office staff weren’t available for assistance during advertised hours, either at reception or by telephone.
The property rules were also excessive.

Comfortable but with shortcommings.
Pros:

It is situated on Chevron Island which is lovely. The apartment was spacious and had new tiling since my last stay.

Cons:

Two holes in the walls. I couldn't believe they would give me this apartment. Also there was some debris in both sinks and on the floor, indicating poor cleaning practice.
