Ich empfehle dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall.
Pros:

Der Standort ist sehr günstig, es gibt bequeme Parkmöglichkeiten, das Zimmer war makellos sauber und das Essen war lecker. Dem Kind wurde ein zusätzliches Bett bereitgestellt.

Cons:

Das Bügeleisen war leider defekt, und ich konnte die Kleidung nicht bügeln. Und das Kinderbett war auch ziemlich hart.

Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer war groß, Wir hatten noch ein Sofa im Zimmer. Badezimmer schön, nur leider rinnt das Waschbecken sehr schlecht ab. Bei der Dusche war es kein Problem. Sonst hat alles gepasst. Ein zweiter Sessel wäre schön gewesen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gibt es leider viel Luft nach oben. Es war zwar gut, aber irgendwie unorganisiert. Das Personal hat war immer wieder nachgefüllt (Wurst, Gebäck ...) aber die Servietten wurden erst nach längerer Zeit nachgefüllt. Das könnte besser werden.

Für Kurzaufenthslze in Singen und Bodensee gut ausgestattetes Hotel.
Pros:

Lage direkt bei Rathaus und Stadthalle nahe Zentrum. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

1. Nächtliche Situation in der Tiefgarage: Verwirrend schlechte Beschilderung zum Zugang ins Hotel in der Tiefgarage. Hotelpersonal verweist diesbezüglich an die Zuständigkeit der Stadtverwaltung. Somit keinerlei Bereitschaft in diesem Zusammenhang zu helfen und hierfür die Verantwortung zu übernehmen. "Schuld sind die anderen". Egal, ob sich die Gäste wohl fühlen.
2. Falsche Zimmerzuweisung. Zuerst Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten statt dem gebuchten franz. Doppelbett. Dadurch spät am Abend Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer erforderlich.
3. Frühstück sehr bescheiden. Kein Brot, Brötchen nur aufgebacken und zäh (kaum zu schneiden). "Instandrührei". Billiger Aufschnitt mit wenig Auswahl. Nur eine Schnittkäsesorte. Als Frischobst nur Äpfel. Auf den freien Tischen Krümel vom Vorgänger.
Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder!
