Terrible, will not be back.
Pros:

It was terrible.

Cons:

The room was dirty. Bedding had not been changed prior to us arriving, we had to go down and ask for new sheets and change the beds ourselves. Coffee in the pot and all over the counter. Pee all over the toilet seat. Food and crumbs all over the floor.

Smallest mistake in booking took me all day to handle. Candlewood general manager caught the mistake and would not take

I like the room setup ! That was the best part of the stay.

Cons:

Staff don’t knock at the door. They just come in on you. A staff member argued with my niece about some children. That was not hers’. My niece saved a two year old from drowning in their pool. Then they want to be apologetic. Damage already done. I’m thankful my niece was there to save a baby life. Shout out to Ny’Mignon Avery !

My short term day was very comfortable and I would indeed book again
Pros:

Everyone was so friendly it felt very personable. Everyone was attentive.

Cons:

The only thing that I didn’t like was there is no type of free breakfast, but I also understand the rate of the room is cheaper than those that offer free breakfast although I would have been content with just some cereal or milk or banana

It was ok. It saves you money when you have a microwave and a stove.
Pros:

I like that there was space, cleanliness as expected. They also allow pets.

Cons:

The stay was fine, but I was surprised that at this Extended Stay hotel you must turn in your used towels to get clean ones. For the price of a two-night stay, I expected daily towel replacement.”
