Fantastic, relaxing hotel. Highly recommended
Pros:

We had a beautiful room on the Level 6th floor.
A big Terrace with views of the Alhambra.
Great staff, really friendly and superb buffet facilities.
Walking distance to many attractions.

Cons:

A truly disappointing experience, with very low customer attention. We chose this hotel for the terrace, which we weren't allowed to access for breakfast as shown in the photos because you have to pay a supplement for a 'Level' room. Prices are absolutely not appropriate for the service. In our room, bathrobes and slippers were missing, the heating/hot air wasn't adjustable, and the bedside light was burnt out. I do not recommend it.

Amazing hotel definitely stay here

The breakfast with the a la cart menu was great. The location enabled upto walk everywhere we wanted to go. This is a great place to stay.

La ubicación es excelente, justo en el centro de la ciudad, a distancia caminando de la mayoría de los atractivos turísticos.
El personal del hotel muy amable.

Cons:

El desayuno, fue algo decepcionante.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and shower also.
Location was great for walking around Granada downtown.
The breakfast was very good and the reception personnel very helpful.

Cons:

Towels were worn out, the lights in the closet did not work.
We tried using the terrace but a shower of water started to fall from above, there were no clouds or rain, we did not see a balcony above that would suggest somebody watering a plant, we went out again and the water fell again..... a mystery to be solved.
