Elda was Awesome
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. A great example is when I left my backpack in a taxi that Elda helped me get. She called the taxi company and was able to get my backpack returned to me at the train station. Elda went above and beyond for me.

Great hotel in the center of Granada
Pros:

We stayed in this hotel in February 2026 for 4 nights.
Hotel is located in the center and very convenient to walk to major attractions and is in the city.
There are many good restaurants just street away.
Room was I would say on the smaller side , but we still have comfortable accommodation.
Hotel offers breakfast buffet that was good and restaurant is on the top with great view of the city and Alhambra
I wanted to thank front desk personal to help me to secure booking excursion to Alhambra palace right away since I didn’t book it in advance.
Overall great stay.

Great Premium Hotel in Granada Spain
Pros:

This is an Excellent Hotel in the center of Granada. We had a great Level 1 room on the 6th floor overlooking the Alhambra. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a wide selection of items along with the ability to order other items off their menu. And the staff was also super responsive to all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there & highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium hotel in Granada.

Great hotel centrally-located for city exploration
Pros:

The hotel is wonderfully located in Granada to have close proximity to the city center and other neighborhoods. The staff were all friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The Level club room on the 5th floor has amazing panoramic views of the city and Alhambra. I would absolutely return if I'm ever in the city again.
