The location is fantastic—very close to the Metro and the Mall of the Emirates, which made getting around super convenient. The building has all the essentials downstairs including eateries and a supermarket, which was a huge plus. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, with a large lounge area that made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Dubai!

Very Spacious Hotel Apartments. Nice welcome with a welcome drink. The Check-in was fast and the reception staff always friendly. We had booked two bedrooms which includes 2 attached bathrooms and I sperate washroom, with nice big cupboards, the kitchen was nice and big with all amenities available. The Sitting room was also good and spacious with Smart TV. Swimming Pool on top was cool for the kids. We had a very nice and good stay. We will obviously come back here.

The location is accessible for everything, metro, busses , taxi"s, restaurant, supermaket are sounded in the area, room are big, neat & clean, my family they are all happy and comfortable of thier stayed. All are worth it..

The staff and the hospatility is very nice. Rooms are very large. U get dining cum seating plus kitchen. The metro is also close to the hotel. Very nice staff. Very polite. We had a good time and relaxation here. Plus they have pool too for kids and adults

We stayed four nights in a two bedroom, 2 and a half bathroom apartment. The rooms were very large, bathrooms spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The room was clean with a balcony overlooking the street and there is a sparkling clean pool and spa on the roof top. The location was excellent with tour pick ups from the lobby, shops and restaurants on the street and the Metro station a very short walk away. By far the greatest asset this place has is the staff. EVERYONE was friendly, professional and extraordinarily helpful. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it to others.

Good stay at Rose Garden Hotel Apartments. Was greeted by Nati who was very friendly and accommodating during our trip. Rooms were very clean and tidy, and we enjoyed our trip a lot with them! Highly recommend for travelers and locals as well looking for a stay at Al Barsha!

All the staff are very friendly and kind. They accommodated us very nicely and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

I really liked this Hotel apartment. Staff was wonderful and helpful in all means. I had planned to make this hotel apartment my home in Dubai. Very clean and maintained property; plenty of of options for daily shopping and very close to Emirates Mall.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel, even though I stayed for more than 55 nights. Due to personal reasons, I had to check out 5 days early. I read the hotel’s refund rules and spoke with the staff to ask if they could make an exception because of my long stay.

I asked about the refund three times because I know the usual rules and wanted to be 100% sure it would be approved. Each time, the employees, (Genezis, Yossef Ahmed), told me there would be no problem. He even said the hotel manager had approved the refund. I asked for a written confirmation, but they told me it wasn’t necessary and that I could trust them.

Because of this, I rebooked my flight and checked out early. But when I returned to Europe, I saw that no refund had been sent. I emailed the hotel, and they told me no refund would be given.

It’s a shame that someone can stay for so many nights, make an honest agreement because they trust the staff, and then be cheated like this. This cost me €440 and made me feel cheated. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Be careful if you expect them to keep their promises.

Our stay was amazing! It was one of the best stays we have ever had in Dubai because of Rose Gardens Hotel Apartments Al Barsha. The staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and were always very nice to us. They made our stay very pleasant and we loved everything about the hotel throughout our entire stay.

We highly apprciate that Rose park hotel let us use their pool as well, cuase its one of the best in Dubai too. Swimming pool timing from early morning till 11 pm is very rare to find in the city. This is absolutely superb! We are very happy with beach bus service reservations. Whenever we reserve the space we were getting whats app confirmation msgs very promptly. Such a nice tandem of Rose park and Garden in Barsha. The location is marvelous! 2 min away from Mashreq metro station. 5-10 min walk to MOE. The Exchange with good rates is just nearby. Hotels are surrounded by lots of supermarkets and groceries. The hotel is very clean as well. Housekeeping does their job perfectly, they went extra mile to make us happy! Very soft bed linen) Big respect to management. I never saw any manager pressing on their staff or observing them strictly. Atmosphere is very friendly and staff do their work from heart which really means a lot to customers. This is one of the best properties in Dubai. We wish you prosperity! Keep up splendid job and continue make people so happy!

It is one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in this place. Staff is not professional at all, including their manager. The front desk is at the reception is not professional at all. No communication skills and etiquette. This place is not recommended at all for the people who really need to enjoy their stay.

Nice stuff specially the Ethiopian front fest fest customer service Nati was nice.
One thing I don’t like extension is very behind. You can’t extend in the same hotel same price. They make big deal out of10 15 dollars daily rate.
I have to move out to another hotel for less even though I was paying more at this hotel.
