We had no plans to stay in Dubai but due to a medical issue we were unable to catch our connecting flight and so soenr two days in Dubai. We needed a hotel close to the airport but also reasonable room rate, this hotel provided both. Just a 10-15 min taxi ride and we were at the hotel, room rate was very good for a hotel so close to Dubai airport. Reception is a nice area, lots of cinfy seating. Staff are very pleasant, we arrived way before the 2pm check in time but it wasnt an issue, they allowed us early check in without any additional costs. The room was a good standard, clean and fresh. Beds and bedding were more than acceptable. Apart from a leaky basin tap the bathroom was clean and worked as needed. House keeping staff are so polite. The room cards are a bit hit n miss, we had to get them reset twice in 2 days, you need them fir the lifts too so it can get annoying if they dont work. Breakfast was fine for what we paid and included enough of everything to keep most people happy. Overall, this is a great little hotel, convenient for the airport, has a massive mall and hypermarket just 5 mins walk away called City Centre which has all you could need. For the price i cant really fault the place.

This is second time in two years I came here. The price with the discount is affordable, staff are great and friendly.
Very clean and comfortable for the price I paid for.

Functional stay for a business trip where one doesnt spend too much time in the small rooms. The rooms themselves are not cleaned very well, the rug is musty, there is dirt and dust in most nooks, the shower pressure is very low and the house-keeping service is very inefficient and inconsitent. There were days where I had to ask them to restock towels and water bottles.

On the flip side, the front desk with Salma and team is very efficient and friendly and went out of their way to assist me whenever needed. Special mention for Faheem who went the extra mile to help me recover my camera bag that I had forgotten in a cab on the day of my check-in. Kudos for that.

Pros:

Good location and staff were excellent. Breakfast was good as well. Rooms maintainace can be improved and the shower water flow was too weak. Worst was the sink, could barely wash my hands under the sink as the tap was too short.
