Poor 5 star hotel which is not in a great location.
Pros:

The room was large and the bed very comfortable. Cleanliness was good and amenities were fine.

Cons:

Surprisingly for a Sheraton, this hotel did not have a lobby lounge bar. There is a cafe which does also serve alcohol, but it is a very sad and miserable place with very surly staff.
Dealing with front desk staff was hit and miss - some were helpful, one was exceedingly unhelpful.
Housekeeping was not great - they started early and made a lot of noise but then didn't clean my room before I returned at 3pm.
The location is not great for tourists in Shanghai. The bund and the French Concession are at least 30 minutes away by car.

The breakfast is great with variety of choices mixed with Asian and Western food. The location is about 45 minutes to one hour to reach Pudong International Airport.
