Good value
Pros:

We booked the Ibis following a very disappointing stay at another resort. Booking was easy via booking.com and upon arrival the staff were incredibly welcoming.
The resort was beautifully maintained, our room was small but adequate, and the food was lovely.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.
If I had to be picky, the rooms were very compact and the bathroom was quite small.

We loved the beach front pool area and views. rooms on smaller side but very clean and functional a good price for a short stay.

Hôtel confortable, mais nous n’y reviendrons pas en raison de trop nombreux points négatifs.
Pros:

Les chambres spacieuses, proche de la mer et piscine ok

Cons:

Trop loin du Fisherman Village, accès difficile à pied avec une route très fréquentée — compliqué avec une poussette et de jeunes enfants.

Personnel peu aimable et peu flexible.

Exemple : nous avions réservé 10 nuits, avec la première déjà payée à l’avance. À notre arrivée, fatigués du voyage, impossible d’accéder à la chambre sans paiement intégral immédiat. Nous souhaitions régler en espèces, mais avons dû repartir chercher un bureau de change en pleine chaleur, alors que nous voulions simplement déposer nos valises et nous rafraîchir avant. Aucun geste de compréhension ni flexibilité.

Autre point : le séjour incluait le petit déjeuner. Suite à un changement de vol, nous avons ajouté une nuit supplémentaire sans vérifier que le petit déjeuner n’était pas inclus pour celle-ci. De plus, nous avons manqué 3 petits déjeuners lors d’un court séjour à Koh Tao (l’hôtel avait été prévenu de notre absence). Malgré cela, le dernier jour, l’accès au petit déjeuner nous a été refusé sans paiement supplémentaire.

À noter également que le petit déjeuner proposé n’était pas à la hauteur.

Очень душно и не комфортно в ресторане где проходят завтраки . Один вентилятор работает ра открытое пространство.. когда в конференц-зале пусто и работают 3 кондиционер переносных . Сыро очень в номерах , видимо такая особенность отелей у моря ..

Der Pool war dreckig, an den Wänden der Zimmer kleben überall tote Mücken. Die Kaffeetassen wurden nicht gewechselt bzw. gespült. Im Frühstücksbereich wurde eine tote Kalerlake von den Kindern gesichtet.
