Отель - на четверку, пляж - отстой, климат - супер, цены - дорого (остров!).
Pros:

Понравилась территория: очень чисто, понятно, удобно; очень понравилась чистота бассейнов - они кристальные!
На пальмах живут белки (мне не почудилось, я их сфоткал!).
В номере - полнейшая чистота. Почти весь персонал - вежлив (за исключением одной особы, читайте "минусы").

Cons:

Не понравилось:
1. Пляж. Находится в бухте, куда впадает местная речка с нечистотами. Дно - заиленное!!! На поверхности моря также что-то плавает. Не оч приятно, мы были вынуждены ездить на другой пляж.
2. Завтрак. Типичный завтрак от Ibis, по пятибальной шкале - не выше тройки. Однообразный: кушать одно и тоже все 8 дней - отвратительно. Выбор - скудный: на 8 дней не хватило.
3. Стоимость проживания. Бронировал на сайте Booking за 23 тыс батт, при заселении с меня взяли 27 тыс батт. Откуда надбавка?!?!?!?!?
4. Из персонала - один работник (пляжный ресторан!). Потребовала с меня 300 бат за то, что на столе стояла МОЯ бутылка вина. Я бы понял логику требования, если бы в ресторане продавалось вино, но его там НЕТ!!!! А предлагаемый ассортимент я не пью, сорян!

להתרחק! פשוט מלון מאכזב בכל רמה מהשירות המתקנים המיקום הגרוע שכל מונית לכייון לוקחת 500 באט. חדרים קטנים ומסריחים עם ריח של ביוב למשך כל היממה.
הפער בין התמונות למציאות הוא כל כך גדול!

בתור אחד שאף פעם לא כותב ביקורות בבוקינג הרגשתי צורך במקרה הזה בשביל להזהיר לא להתקרב למלון הזה.

דבר נוסף - המלון לא ידידותי בלשון המעטה לילדים. במעט דשא שיש יש המון יתושים כך שבפועל רק יצאנו מהמלון. בנוסף גבו מאיתנו קנסות גבוהים בגלל שהילדה בת השלושה הרטיבה מעט במיטה.

Schöner Aufenthalt, nahe dem Fisherman Village
Pros:

Die Anlage hat uns gut gefallen. Ich wollte ein bezahlbares Hotel bei dem man noch zu Fuß zum Fisherman Village laufen kann. Dafür war es perfekt. Gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Bei dem Taxis Service der immer wieder bemängelt wird saß bei uns eine nette Dame und der gebuchte Service hat super funktioniert.

Cons:

Un peu éloigné de fisherman. Taxi obligatoire tous les jours, pour sortir le soir c,est un budget. Dommage qu'il y ai pas un système de navettes gratuites pour les clients de l'hôtel, j y serai retourné avec ma famille cette année

Retiro de playa genial y asequible
Pros:

Es un resort muy cómodo y de alta calidad por un precio muy asequible. Estuvimos sólo una noche así que el personal de recepción no nos cobró fianza (fue todo un gesto). El desayuno está muy bien, la piscina es alucinante y estás en frente de una playa magnífica. La habitación tiene unas vistas insuperables. Los días anteriores estuvimos en otro hotel en Ko Phangan que pretende ser de más alto rango y la verdad es que este cumple el mismo papel por un precio bastante menor.

Cons:

Estás un poco alejado del centro, unos 2,5 km. Hay algunos restaurantes cerca del hotel pero no mucha actividad. Se puede caminar pero no durante las horas de sol.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass das Personal grundsätzlich freundlich war und Booking.com sich um eine Lösung bemüht hat.

Cons:

Wir waren vom 14.04. bis 26.04. im Ibis Samui Bophut Hotel.

Leider wurden wir erst nach unserer Ankunft über Bauarbeiten im Strandbereich informiert. Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts waren noch Liegen im Sandbereich vorhanden, diese wurden jedoch im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts entfernt und durch Bauarbeiten ersetzt. Dadurch war ein Teil der Anlage deutlich eingeschränkt und die Atmosphäre am Strand nicht mehr wie erwartet.

Zusätzlich kam es zu Lärm durch Bauarbeiten, teilweise auch in der Nähe des Poolbereichs, was die Erholung spürbar beeinträchtigt hat.

Beim Check-in wurden wir gebeten, ein Formular zu unterschreiben, das unter anderem die Buchungs- und Stornobedingungen bestätigte. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wurden die geplanten Bauarbeiten jedoch nicht erwähnt, obwohl diese über einen längeren Zeitraum angesetzt waren.

Das Hotel hat uns als Ausgleich einen Dinner-Gutschein angeboten. Dies haben wir zwar angenommen, jedoch entsprach das Essen leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Das Menü war sehr einfach gehalten und für unsere Familie (4 Personen) nicht ausreichend.

Dennoch hätten wir uns eine frühzeitige und transparente Information über die Bauarbeiten vor der Anreise gewünscht, um unsere Entscheidung entsprechend anpassen zu können.

Zusätzlich ist zu erwähnen, dass der Strandabschnitt direkt am Hotel nicht besonders zum Baden einlädt. Der Strand wirkte teilweise ungepflegt und das Wasser war stellenweise stark von Algen betroffen.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt daher leider nicht so erholsam wie erhofft.
