Beautiful old building
Couldn’t check for ages in no card machine
Place was dirty cobwebs and mould
windows wouldn’t open properly
Clearly a hotel for people in between homes
Door banging constantly curtains hanging off wardrobe on its last legs one tiny soap nothing covering window in bathroom smelt terrible weed smell in corridors but at least the reception guy went around with air freshener
Nothing shocking
Everything digusting place as not hotel as being used as refugge hotel
Nothing
Everything
Nothing
Hotel was very poor for the price we paid would never go back
The room was a good space, nice bathroom and a window. It was a big mansion and lovely to see all the old parts of the building. Staff were pleasant. 24 hour reception. Kettle and stuff in room. Low noise from outside. Free parking. Benches outside.
I asked staff where my room was and he said 'there is lots of hallways, this is a mansion, you will need to find it' although there are signs ect he should of atleast gave me a clue. Some areas of the hotel could be done up there is paint missing everywhere, what looks like mold in hallways but it is a very old building. Outside needs a good clean.
Calm friendly comfortable clean relaxing food was excellent
The roommates were terrible; I couldn't sleep. I think there's a crazy person there.
There was alot of damage to the room, arguably not up to standards of having a guest stay, the bathroom room had multiple holes seemingly punched into them, the bedside table was molding and damaged, there was filth all over the room, took 30mins to check in as the staff did not have a card machine
