Pros:

I always stay hear when coming to Newcastle Fantastic location
Free parking onsite and also bus stop outside the hotel.
Very good value for money

Cons:

The location. In Newcastle Benwall can seem a bit intimidating for some people but if you over look that then everything is great 👍

Pros:

The receptionist did get us an oil heater when asked.

Cons:

It was very cold in the room, no heating worked so we had to ask for an oil heater. There were holes in the walls. The TV aerial wasnt plugged in. Wasnt great but it cost 40 pound so you assume as much.

Pros:

The room is a bit small but does its job. With this price, I cannot ask more. When I arrived, the manager allowed me to check in early and gave me a room with private shower, which was excellent. Staff is friendly. You may need to take a bus to the center if you don't have car.

The staff were nice, and the location was perfect

Cons:

The heating didnt work, and the lights and electric to my room cut out a few times and the light in the room was too bright, with no lamps available

Not as bad as expected, perfect if you literally just need a bed and are too old for hostel life!
Pros:

Bed was comfy. staff were nice, it was clean, despite reviews saying its not, it was ok.

Pros:

Nothing, we arrived and immediately left.

Cons:

The hotel gardens resembled a scrap yard. There was nowhere to park apart from the main street.
The building looked much more dated than the photos suggest.
Didnt feel safe staying with my child.
My choice to leave so no refund requested.
