Séjour très agréable, porté par un excellent accueil et un cadre de qualité.
Pros:

L’établissement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à deux pas de la plage, offrant une vue agréable et un cadre particulièrement reposant. Le personnel se distingue par la qualité de son accueil, son professionnalisme et son attention aux détails.

Je tiens à adresser une mention spéciale à Madame Siham (si je ne me trompe pas de nom), pour son sens de l’accueil, son sourire et son professionnalisme, qui ont largement contribué à la qualité de mon séjour.

D’ailleurs, pleinement satisfait de mon expérience, j’ai choisi de prolonger mon séjour d’une nuit supplémentaire au sein du même établissement.

Cons:

Un point pouvant être optimisé concerne le service de ménage, qui gagnerait à être davantage soigné lors des séjours prolongés.

Sauberkeit im Bad und baulicher Zustand: Haare in der Wanne, schimmelige Fugen, gesprungene Fliesen,
veralteter Fitnessraum mit vielen Defekten Geräten,
die anderen 50% des Personals: uninteressiert, teilweise mit dem Handy in der Hand,
