Pros:

Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was lovely. Excellent outdoor pool area.

The air con in the room was set at max cooling, yet the room was too warm to sleep well in.

Schönes Hotel mit Aussenpool, 15min zu Fuss von der Medina entfernt. Meeresblick.

Cons:

Frühstück ok, aber da fehlt Muesli zum Beispiel. Auch wenige Früchten.

Luxurious and relaxing stay.
Pros:

Spacious room with view of the beach. Big bed and clean facilities. Lovely staff. Location close to beach with lots of adventurous activities. We got lucky and got an upgrade. Small gym some equipment. Nice chilling place next to swimming pool. Our 2 year old really enjoyed it. Beautiful interior.

Rien.! .. a part le personnel du bar gentil et à l'écoute , je pense qu'ils savent tous les soucis de cet hôtel et font de leur mieux pour l'accueil des clients

L' hôtel est vétuste et devrait être rénové ou tout au moins considéré comme à peine un 3 * et encore ..
A notre arrivée rien ne fonctionnait dans la chambre, les prises se détachent des murs ... les carrelages tombent en ruine dans les chambres .. les meubles sont abimés ou cassés .. bref une cata
Quand le personnel nettoie , ils envoient de l'eau dans les chambres sans faire attention nous avons été inondés dans la chambre et tout le monde s'en fou ..
La piscine du SPA est payante , jamais vu cela dans un 5 * aucun accès au SPA en dessous d'une dépense de 150 € !
