I highly recommend Eastin Grand for business or pleasure.
Pros:

Great hotel near the airport and a short Grab ride to District 1. The rooms are very clean just as is the entire facility.
Great breakfast, but be sure to book room "with breakfast", otherwise, use Grab to bring in breakfast due to the cost.
Overall, a great facility with a great pool and fitness center.

Cons:

Discount for breakfast if you fail to book a room that includes breakfast. (I thought the room I booked included breakfast.)

Quality stay with a very accommodating staff.
Pros:

Nice size rooms. It was very clean and accommodating. There are restaurant options and it’s located not too far from everything.

Room was great. Close to airport (15 mins car ride). Location was ideal although not centre of Ho Chi Ming, it was ideal location between airport and main area.

Cons:

Check-in process was very hectic. Staff was somewhat friendly.
