תמורה מצוינת למחיר, השהייה היתה מעל המצופה.
Pros:

ביקשנו מראש 3 חדרים צמודים ואכן קיבלנו.
קומה גבוהה , שוקולדים ומים.
המיקום מרכזי ויש משם תחבורה ציבורית נוחה לשוק.
המלון ברובו מאוד נקי , החדרים היו מאוד נקיים.
הצוות ברובו אדיב ונעים. היו אנשי צוות בודדים שבחרו להתנהג אחרת.

במיטות יש רעש של שעוונית 🙃
כשניגשנו לקבלה לבקש בתשלום לפנות את החדר מאוחר יותר, פקיד ניסה לשוחח איתנו ומיד הגיע פקידה שנזפה בנו על הבקשה ועליו שבכלל ניסה לבדוק אם זה אפשרי.
המגבות בבריכה קטנטנות. אין מוזיקה בבריכה.

always enjoy returning to this wonderful hotel
Pros:

Great place to stay - easy hotel to stay at - outdoor pool & garden very nice and suitable for both kids & adults. the breakfast included was great with large selection of all kinds.

Cons:

Parking spots can be a little tricky

Nice place but the hotel was transformed in a place for delegations and less suitable for individual
Cons:

The breakfast room looked quite old, the area looked liked a hotel in the 80's. The bakery quality was not good and the coffee style quite basic.

Excellent, and we plan to return.
Pros:

The breakfast was lavish and tasty, with plenty of seating and well-spread out stations for easy access. The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient. There were more facilities available than we could take advantage of.

Cons:

Soon after our reservation was confirmed I contacted the hotel (through Booking.com) and asked if they had free parking. I received no answer. I repeated the question several times and never got a response. The day before we left, we called; we were put on hold for a long time and the phone then cut off several times. Finally we got a person, who told us that free parking was on a first-come first-served basis. In the end we found parking, but not knowing if there was any, and the discouraging answer we received, was a source of anxiety. They should work on their communication.
