המיקום הנוח,הבריכה הנוחה.

קודם כל חיכיתי 45 דקות לציק אין שלפני היה בדיוק אדם אחד.
שניסינו ליצור קשר עם דלפק הקבלה במשך היום לשאול כל מיני שאלות ,לא ענו בכלל לטלפון!!!הייתי צריכה לרדת פעמיים תשע קומות כדי לשאול עד מתי ארוחת הבוקר ,והאם יש מתקן מים במלון!!!זה פשוט זלזול בלקוח ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש.
ארוחת הבוקר היתה פשוט מזלזלת בכל רמה אפשרית,כאילו שילמתי על ארוחת בוקר בחדר אוכל של ישיבה.
האוכל היה זרוק בין המגשים,לא מגרה ולא מסביר פנים.
שילמתי על ארוחת בוקר לשלושה מבוגרים ולא נגענו בכלום!
אני ממש מבואסת מהמחיר ששילמתי וממה שקיבלתי
מאכזב ביותר!

It was a pleasant stay, clean rooms, lovely breakfast, but would really love room service to make a come back.

המלון נעים, מסודר ומעוצב בצורה יפה. יש שתי בריכות. בריכה פנימית וחיצונית. יש משחקייה מעולה לילדים. 8 דקות הליכה לרכבת הקלה.

הצוות קצת חסר סבלנות, המלצרים בארוחת בוקר מפנים את הצלחות בלי לשאול אם סיימנו. בנוסף מחוץ לחדר שלנו ב-8 בבוקר צעקה אחראית המנקות על אחת העובדות בטלפון והעירה את הילדים.
היו מלא ג'וקים באזור הבריכה הפנימית. והמעליות לא עומדות בעומס. באופן כללי כנראה שעדיף להגיע למלון לא ביולי אוגוסט.
