Bien qu’étant consciente que la situation est difficile actuellement en Israël le personnel est peu souriant
Or un sourire change une relation !
D’autre part il est dommage qu’il n’y ait rien pour pouvoir se restaurer à midi
Il faut sortir de l’hôtel et prendre le tramway pour trouver des lieux de restauration

החדרים, ארוחת הבוקר, נציגת הקבלה המדהימה שאיני זוכרת את שמה. צוות הניקיון, הבריכה, חדר הכושר ועוד

קיבלנו יחס ממש הזוי לגבי החניה ביום שהגענו. עם כל הכבוד 10 חדרים לקראת חתונה של הבת שלי. עם בעל עם בעיה בברך, כשבחוץ חניון ריק וגם חניה קרובה פנויה, עם כל הציוד שצריך להוריד ליד הכניסה. והופנינו לחניה P6, רחוק מאוד, זה ממש הרס את כל החוויה.. חוסר התחשבות. למי אתם בדיוק שומרים את החניון שהיה ריק?
בר הליבי נפתח ב 1400 ויש בו רק שתיה, אין משהו לנשנש, אין רום סרביס בשעות הערב.

לא אהבנו את רמת הניקיון בחדר אוכל הביאו לנו כסא תינוק מלוכלך וגם היו שיערות בפיצה בחדר אוכל זה היה דוחה פשוט נוסף כל פעם הגיעה בחורה שרתה לפנות את השולחן שאנחנו באמצע אוכלים הרימה לנו כל מיני דברים שעוד לא סיימנו לאכול שזה חוצפה
