Das Personal war ansonsten sehr freundlich.

Die Lage vom Hotel war sehr gut und auch das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir waren jeden Abend von ca. 10 Uhr bis 11 Uhr noch an der Hotelbar. Ab dem zweiten Abend war ein älterer Herr da der immer so getan hat als wäre er enorm im Stress, es war einfach sehr "hipperig". Einmal hat er uns einen Euro zu wenig verrechnet und ist dann mit dem Kartengerät gekommen und hat uns den Euro nachverrechnet, so mussten wir noch einen Euro mit Karte bezahlen. Sehr komisch. Am letzten Abend also am vierten Abend hat er uns plötzlich nach der Zimmernummer gefragt, was er vorher nie getan hat. Danach kam er zu uns und meinte wir reisen morgen ab, wir müssen mit Karte bezahlen. Wir haben jeden Abend mit Karte bezahlt und er hat uns nie nach der Zimmernummer gefragt. Für uns war das sehr seltsam, wie auch der Herr sehr seltsam war.

Très reposant et agréable séjour
Pros:

Super séjour très très bien située , répond au exigence une vue incroyable sur mer , là qualité du service top, on as eu un problèmes au début avec la télé il ont tout de suite intervenu 🙏🏼

Cons:

Dommage la 2 eme piscine été fermer, et le hammam rejeter de l’eau très chaude au pieds se qui m’a brûler légèrement,

Super, sofort wieder! :)
Pros:

Super Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Insel-Erkundungen mit dem Mietauto - eigener Hotelparkplatz gegen Gebühr vorhanden! Bus 25 fährt direkt ins Zentrum von Palma. Um das Hotel genug Restaurants und Bars. Direkt an der sehr schonen Strandpromenade. Sehr großes und gutes Frühstücksbuffett. Großes Zimmer mit schönem Bad! Alles super! :)

Cons:

Der Boden im Zimmer hätte einen Tick sauberer sein können. Und der Service beim Frühstück war ein bisschen lässtig, weil sie Damen wie Adler um unsere Tische gekreist sind. Die waren einfach unterbeschäftigt. Aber diese zwei Punkte sind meckern auf hohem Niveau! :)

Lovely shirt break
Pros:

Short journey from airport with beautiful view of the sea.
Spotlessly clean.
Stayed for breakfast and evening meal.
Welcoming staff.
Third time visited but this time took grown up children as a special birthday who also loved it.
Can walk for miles along the beach.

Fabulous
Pros:

Excellent location and lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Waiter service around the pool which is amazing.
Absolutely lovely hotel - would return for sure.
Limited resources in the room eg shampoo, but no conditioner.
