The room was a good size and there are 2 pools, I didn’t use them but a nice feature. Food was good, we did room service and it arrived within 20 minutes.
Waited a while to check in because they seem to be extremely understaffed and there was no one working the desk. Room appeared clean but looking closer it actually wasn’t, rugs were dirty and stained. Bathroom tiles were in bad shape. Definitely not worth the 450$ i paid for one night.
Absolutely loved everything about Casa Cody. Loved the historic and boutique qualities. Having 2 pools on our exceptionally hot stay (100 degrees) with pool service - drinks, food etc. Loved the natural products used, toiletries, bamboo toilet paper etc and having a small kitchenette with patio and the viewsA. It was a bit pricey but worth the expense.
Absolutely sublime decor indoors and out; a mini 'resort' for the aesthetically minded. Casa Cody was the ideal perch for our family for four days. We had enough space in our 'large studios' to feel like we were in suites. Our only quibble was the constant piped in music at the two pools which sort of killed the vibe - an unnecessary sound pollution we hope the owners will consider doing away with.
Casa Cody captures that quintessential Palm Springs vibe—relaxed, stylish, and effortlessly “California cool” in all the best ways. The grounds are especially charming, with beautiful fruit trees and thoughtfully landscaped desert plants that create an inviting atmosphere.
The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, though we would have liked a bit more counter space in the bathroom for personal items.
Breakfast offerings were excellent, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. The location is also a plus—just close enough to downtown Palm Springs for convenience, yet tucked away in the Historic Tennis Club Neighborhood, giving it the feel of a true oasis.
Lovely historical inn, walkable/close to downtown shops and restaurants, high quality bedding and linens, clean rooms and grounds, but limited amenities beyond small pool.
The grounds and all the finishes and decor was perfection. A nice Spanish style property
Super adorable boutique hotel with gorgeous grounds/landscaping and beautiful rooms. The morning breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pools are fabulous and a great temp.
this is my go to hotel in Palm Springs. Chic, quiet, clean, great staff service, great breakfast, coffee...just the best.
Welcoming and helpful staff. Loved the continental breakfast in the AM. Clean well appointed rooms in a fabulous location.
Perfectly located base for Modernism week with friendly staff, spacious rooms and great amenities including 2 pools! Great food too!
We loved Casa Cody from the moment we stepped onto the beautiful grounds. The location could not be more central for exploring Palm Springs, within walking distance of the art museum and Modernism Week headquarters, with views in all directions and lovely amenities including 2 pools, jacuzzi and comfortable areas to just sit and relax. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start each day, with coffee, fresh baked croissants, granola, yogurt and a delicious array of fresh fruits. Room 12 was perfect for us, with a kitchen, large living room, private outdoor seating area, walk-in shower and king size bed. The staff were welcoming and ready to help with any requests, which for us included having a microwave and tea kettle in the room. We always found parking on the property or along the street.
Very beautiful room and grounds

Other people have definitely given good reviews so I am going to assume that it was just our room - Harriet’s Cottage - that was so disappointing to us. Other than a very comfy bed, the room did not meet our expectations of what should be on the AmEx Platinum THC list. I will leave it at this - a very tiny room/bathroom with inadequate window coverings and no coffee maker in the room. Positives - we liked the old Palm Springs hotel vibe and the proximity to town and the young women working there were all very nice.
Retained its character and setting, large rooms , convenient to art museum and old town
parking sometimes a challenge
This very unique and wonderful hotel is in an excellent location. It was a fantastic girls' trip. There are many places within walking distance. We enjoyed the grounds, pool, and room. Everyone was so genuinely kind and friendly; it made our experience wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.
It was so quaint and the courtyard was so amazing with the pool in the hot tub within steps of the room. It was a great place for a getaway.
The property was very beautiful in and of itself. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. The grassy areas were very well maintained.
Our rugs in the room had multiple large dog pee stains. When I asked them to clean it they stated that they were not capable of actually cleaning it out of the rug and only could put a deodorizing spray on it. I thought that was odd the they didn’t even have a spot cleaning machine at such an expensive hotel that accommodated pets. They offered to switch us to a different room but it was a downgrade from the room we were in. I ended up asking if they could just remove the rug to which they said no to at first but after some push back agreed to remove it from our room. It just felt like a situation that I should not have been dealing with at a hotel with that price tag. Also, the attached patio was extremely dirty and not a useable space. And lastly, the kitchen was not very well equipped.
Had a great time staying here. Room was surprisingly large, pools were fantastic, and the provided breakfast snacks were nice too. also brought our dog, he loved it too. good location too, walking distance to everything. limited parking on site but we found street parking nearby no problem. Recommend!
Wonderful stay. Amazing staff, great food and drinks. Loved being able to pick our own fruit on the property and juice it, too. Very accomodating for both dog and baby. The whole family had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.
