Wonderful hotel and conference center
Pros:

I loved the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff! The room and bathroom set up is really nice. I loved all the shelf space in the tub/shower for my toiletries. The rug in front of the sink was a nice touch to keep my joints from hurting after standing on the tile floor. Typically, I put down a folded towel to stand on in other hotels, and I loved having a rug in this one. I have not seen that in other places I've stayed.

The conference center and staff was wonderful, and the conference food was amazing; so many options. Just overall a great job by everyone!

Wonderful! Will definitely be back!
Pros:

It was within close walking distance to UT and Moody Centers. Restaurants on site were amazing. Bartenders were great and friendly. I especially loved the new renovations being done as we stayed in a newly renovated room. Very spacious room and bathroom. Lovely bath robes too.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

I like staying at this hotel for the annual conference because it’s in great location, still in good repair, staff are nice, there are eating options inside and around the hotel.

Cons:

I bought tea and croissant from the 123 cafe for breakfast. My tea was good but croissant was old, cold and inedible. I was not pleased.

Molto consigliato
Pros:

Zona centralissima a due passi dal Campidoglio, dotata di parcheggio incluso. Struttura nuova, bellissima, quasi regale. Stanze dotate di tutti I comfort, ben arredate, con vista. Personale attento e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta o esigenza. Consigliato.

Pros:

The he location was great! All the staff were exceptional and the room was super clean and comfortable. I must say the robes might have been one of my favorites!

Cons:

The pool wasn’t that big and I love to lounge by a good pool but I would still stay here next time!

The pool needed serious help. It was so murky/cloudy that you couldn’t even see the bottom of it. For how disgusting it was, it should have been closed.

Agradable, tranquila y con un personal muy amable.
Pros:

El servicio fue muy bueno, desde las personas en la recepción del lobby hasta las personas que estaban en la puerta del hotel. Siempre muy amables y con una sonrisa al recibirte. Las habitaciones son de muy buena calidad y el hotel en general siempre estuvo limpio. La ubicación es excelente y hay muchas opciones de comida, entretenimiento, etc. Cerca de la zona

Cons:

El único comentario que haría aquí es que un día rompí un vaso de cristal accidentalmente. Para ello, fui personalmente a notificar a recepción de lo sucedido sobre todo para que las personas de limpieza tuvieran cuidad y no se fueran a cortar al recoger la basura o a pisar algún pedazo de vidrio. Ya el último día, me percaté que aún habían algunos pedazos de vidrio abajo del lavabo. No me pasó nada y esa parte del piso realmente es difícil de tocar, pero sería el único detalle que comentaría. Todo lo demás estuvo perfecto.
